Should I buy it?
Yes
hell no
Buy like 125000/4000 USA made PRS guitars instead?
Prob not
Go for it tyler
1:17 There is allways this one guy...
I like playing the song but I never play it in public, I love how everyone in the guitar community understands the Wonderwall/Stairway etc jokes
Guitar playing is hard, or any instrument for that matter. if playing something simple infront of an audience motivates that person to learn more than why are we judging? That is my opinion at least.
And there's always that guy who can't spell always
I don't get it? I'm just learning to play guitar and Wonderwall is one of my favorite songs. Been learning how to play it and Live Forever and I'm having a blast. It's tough and definitely not easy, but it's still really enjoyable. Is it bad to play those songs or something? I legitmately don't understand the joke.
@@nighterrors4178 Im new to play guitars as well, I think the reason why people laugh when they hear that song is because its really easy but it sounds hard, so all these people that never played guitar think "wow hes so good" and the people that play guitar just think "thats one basic song"
I don't know this only sounds like $124,999 guitar to me.
Lol
1937 Hauser. The idea that this stupid Martin could ever, on its best day, produce the sound that Segovia made on that Hauser is really quite funny.
You know why this guitar is not really good cuz it's get tune before
William Winn cent
HAHAHAHAHA
I would be too afraid to even touch it.
Why? It's not mint. That's the fun of it: playing without worrying about the finish all the time. That's why I love my old Gallagher Doc Watson so much.
@Ariz Ahmad Nazerim If I'd break it, I'd pay for the repair by a professional luthier. A damage is only very rarely a total loss. To me it's just another dreadnought.
Same man. Haha, 200th like by the way
I'd frame it and put it on my wall, I'd never have a guitar like this out to play
@@pandadares8905 that’s a waste of money dude. Why would you drop $125K for looks?
My grandfather had a rare guitar, although I believe it was appraised at more than 125,000 I used to handle it and would help load his stuff whenever he was going to perform. It was a 1929 Martin 12 string only 2 made , if I remember correctly. Grampa was a professional storyteller, and Texas historian.
gets a chance to play a $125,000 guitar
promises to be careful
first song after tuning: lots of hand slaps against body and frets.....
indeed. Crazy disrespectful.
That guitar deserves some Neil Young or something, not the slapping
@Celery Stick I don't mind the guy just, that kinda pissed me off, seemed disrespectful. when 90% of the people that asked wouldn't be allowed to play it. great style but a $125,000 guitar unless this is Manufactured content and he already owned it at the time. you don't play it like that. if it were mine I might have struck him.
Guitars are made to be played and enjoyed. If y’all care so much about it, buy it yourself and keep it locked up where no one can enjoy it.
That’s my opinion of course!
@@n1cholas.w I agree with your Opinion, the premise was he had NOT purchased it yet. a Rare 6-figure cost instrument you have to ask permission to touch.... you don't play like Saturday night Open mic bro. that's disrespectful. I assume it was already his or a plant because, if you asked to play my $125,000 guitar and started slapping my shit like YOU owned it, your ass would lose privilege's, That's my Opinion of course, I want to live in your world where you can walk up to instruments you don't own and treat them like you do.
Coincidentally "rich and ancient" is what you need to be to buy this guitar.
Chris House LOL
LMFAO dude go full time
I LOL at that
Nice one!
Haha good one
Is there anyone who does panic when he slaps the guitar??
yeah no doubt - FINGER STYLE ONLY with that one.
yes. that is a flat pickers guitar, not the shit he played
Yeah, I feel like its gonna split in half lol
jup. definitely on the careless side.
REALLY? you slap the guitar? i cringed when he was playing slap on this guitar,
2:09 he's slapping an 84 year old guitar. shame one u.
lmao the guy definitely told him to “stop idiot” off camera cuz he completely stops slapping about halfway through video
1:18 the reason I come back to this video on this day😂😂😂
I always play the E maj first. Its all down hill from there.
Jthomas Annillo hint: try A maj next! ;)
Dave Rucci I will play all the chords but the open e major has always been the best gauge for how I expect a guitar to sound.
Jthomas Annillo good call 👍🏻
Oh yeah? Well I play the E Minor first!
Me too!
I always play Cm/maj9add6add11(b13)(+11)/E chord when I pick up a guitar, sounds so good
LMAO
Lmfao 😂
hahahaha xD
Wat
dont get it
FRIGGIN SMOKE ON THE WATER
My guess is that was being played sarcastically. Stairway was probably the same way.
Never fails.
Whats wrong with it?
It's a noob song, anyone can play it
I was hoping he would play that straight away with the gentleman looking on just to screw with him :P
It's a riot watching these guys trying to sensitively fingerpick on a bluegrass cannon!....like that demonstrates it's capability! Get yer frikkin pick out and play some Black Mountain Rag or some Whiskey Before Breakfast so we can HEAR the thing!!
Yes!! Exactly!!! (all the wannabe's saying "HUH?")
I wanted to say the same thing but chickened out. You are correct. It's like someone handing you the keys to a 1978 Porsche 911 Turbo and you take it to get groceries... LOL
I was think the same exact thing
You took the words right out of my mouth.
Thumbs up! However, feel free to show youtube when you play a $125k Martin (Bluegrass Style) and the waiver you signed.
; )
"it's only $125,000"
Next video: ‘doing a Pete Townsend on a $125000’ guitar’
Also featuring Pete Townshend
Underrated comment.
If a guitar is gonna cost that much, it better sing and play Dream Theater to me.
Ven Noel I wouldn’t pay a guitar to sing dream theater to me.
I think Myung's lyrics are the best
No. Wes Montgomery.
Consider how much it had to go through to even exist after so many years. That's why it's expensive.
Kvng Christian I wouldn't even have it do it for free
1:17 Hey, Jared Dines was there!
Jorge Valentine 😂
If I had a chance to play a classic like that , I’d be playing some bluegrass licks and digging into it with some flatpicking!
Omg that guitar sounds sooooo great so rich in mids and perfect amount of sparkle. U can hear the note resonate through the guitar
lol....my speakers on my android phone are picking all that up too
Imagine accidentally dropping it...
Instant death
imagine dropping _any_ guitar accidentally. o.o
(for example yours, dear reader) That would be as bad as dropping this one ;)
aww man this comment just made me nervous lol
2p
Imagine getting a stroke while puking on this guitar (have eaten something bad before) while it slips right out of your hand directly on the ground and breaks into two. Could happen anytime. xD
All that respect, and you play a tune that slaps it.
Maybe someone should play a tune on you, Boy.
Seriously i thought the same !!
Fukinfumin.com
Thought the same thing.
To announce to what I am assuming are old bluegrass boys like my father is. Don't for a seconds think he is the first person to slap this guitar. Just because a certain bluegrass fan only plays a guitar one way doesn't mean everyone who owns a CFMartin only plays that way. There is a reason the guitar is [beat up] worn other than scratches on the pick guard.
lol
But the first chord I would play is e minor...
E minor 7
I play a D
I always play an E major. Has that warm bright western sound. :)
E minor ftw!!!
i would play an Fmaj7
The guitar has an historic value, we cannot question that, but a modern guitar sounds similar or better than a $125K usd guitar
You obviously don’t play guitar. Next you’ll be telling us buy a Taylor.
@@gcvincent3989 Taylors are great. They're popular for a reason. My Guild is better, but a Taylor 810 was the runner up
@@Johnnyboyboy100 I’ve played a lot of decent Taylor’s and some wonderful old Guilds I’ve played some really bad Taylor’s some really bad Martins some good and bad Gibsons. I haven’t really found a bad Collings guitar however none of them are even close to the old 1940 D-18 I picked up years ago. Enjoy what you like.
@@gcvincent3989 I was going to buy a new Martin D-18, but as soon as I played one I didn't understand the hype. I left with a Guild instead. The martin sounded dry.
@@Johnnyboyboy100 the old guitars are usually much much better. I wouldn’t buy a new Martin either
“Be very careful” 30 seconds later starts slapping the shit out of the guitar
You simply nailed it with the "Little Wing" This is always the first song I play on a new guitar! Love the sound of the guitar even though the video cant really give the real sound you hear when you play on it, but still ;)
HOOOOOOLLYYYY CRAAAAAAAP MAN!!! The amount of trust was incredible! But imagine how may prs guitars you can buy instead of that?
How many PRS are a D28? ;)
Judging by the price of the best PRS's, you could probably buy 3...
Christian Smith His last name is carpenter, your last name is smith. That's funny. By the way, my last name is smith too. And I actually smith things for fun, coincidentally
New 2 music, what’s a prs guitar?
Colby Carpenter thanks
It does sound really good. Would totally put and emoji sticker on it :)
Yeah someone I can relate to
I hope this is bait
Putting sticker in my guitar is like stabbing myself with knife.
Putting an emoji sticker on it would make me not even want it anymore. Cancer.
to all that are replying, its just a joke, who would be sane enough to put a sticker on an antique guitar, I wouldnt even do it on a cheal guitar. Just wanted to make a little joke and being ironic ;)
Old Brazilian Rosewood has amazing clarity and range. How many acoustic guitars sound that good on a video??? Martin set a standard that every builder wants to achieve.
"Is nice man. I've slapped some killer decals on it for you, no charge."
Could you imagine if Tyler broke a string while tuning up?
Not True Scotsman the strings aren't 125,000 the guitar is
If only there were some way to....
*replace the string*
The strings aren't 80 years old... hopefully 😉
+Bald & Bearded I think the strings would probably be dust at that point
EXACTLY the first thing i thought when he said he was gunna tune up. i was like well, the strings probly arent 80 years old, so it shouldnt be any big deal, would just have to pop a fresh string on.
That ending solo was sick!
little wing by hendrix
The original song was written by hendrix so i quoted hendrix and why don't you go listen to srv version and hendrix version and compare it to this... it sounds like neither because this guy mixed it up his own way you idiot
actually sounds alot more like hendrix version than srv
I think he means the Outro on the video and not Little wing
but where can i find it?
*drops guitar
Giovanni Lule-Paredes I see that Linustechtips plays guitar now
A year ago I made the best decision of my life to set out to truly learn guitar besides the four chords I started with and going to the good amount i know now and the 13 songs I've learned fully still i have a very long way to go but not only is the guitar a beautiful wonderful instrument i cant say I'd ever feel more connected to a community than the guitar community thanks everybody for making the guitar the most wonderful instrument to learn and come to love, rock on.
1:18 smoke on the woooooterrr
1:19 Tyler seems to have teleported to my local guitar center
Holy mother!! That sounds like a guitar!
Hell, for that money I would just buy a really good guitar for $3000 and then buy a house or something cool. It sounds good but not $125,000 good...
You wouldn't really get much of a house for 125k.
It's not just the sound, after all, it's a '35 martin lol, but i agree with you.
wafsinc that depends where you are my friend. Down here in Florida 125k goes a long way towards a house!
Carl yes well I have a 1950s Guild and it's a POS and I'll be lucky to get $125 for it. Lol
It's an antique. You aren't buying it for the sound (though it still sounds great, but that's incidental to the cost).
It's not the wand of the magician that produces the rabbit, it's the magic of the performer.
That Little Wing cover is absolutely amazing. It got me into Jimi Hendrix
1:17 DISASTER
HAHA!
Guitar Rock d
god damn hahahhaha
NOOOOO
"Can't believe im hearing that"
Would love to hear some bluegrass through it!
Joy Benko I agree that's why people buy Martin's (D-28s specifically) to play the greatest genre of music not pop or rock any of those genres that nobody really gives a crap about.
We need more people to come to Bluegrass Festivals.
And that dude, Gary I could tell that he's a Bluegrasser by the g run he did at the start of the video.
And the guy that posts videos on this channel that we're watching this awesome video from, I guess doesn't use a pick a lot but I think he should start using picks at all times and learn How to do a g run and start playing Bluegrass, he should stop playing whatever genre of music that he plays forever; and start playing Bluegrass and Country, two of greatest genres of music of all time. He should also learn how to play Mandolin and Banjo as well.
Then get a Band started.
Samuel Duplessis how could u say nobody cares about rock or pop when bluegrass and authentic country hasn't had mainstream relevance in years
Samuel Duplessis people like the music they like for a reason. Quit telling people what to play and be more open minded.
Joy Benko 69 likes
Joy Benko seriously tho
So, my feeling is that tonally it isn't worth the money. I mean it sounds fine/good, but outside of being able to tell people how old it is I don't see the draw.
the microphone on the camera does not do the old martins justice. I got to play a 1939 d-28 (a 50,000 dollar martin) that a local luthier (who happened to have built a banjo for the banjo player in bill monroe's band). The feel, the aura, the sound that came from that instrument, it was like nothing else. I have yet to find a guitar that came close.
You just don't know until you play one.
Noah Aikens I wonder how much of the aura, the feel and the magic of the sound would still be there if you'd just been handed an instrument without being told what/how old/expensive it is.
I've never seen a proper double blind, and I doubt a lot of the antique/high end instruments would justify the price difference.
Deet Cologon: Is there a guitar whose tone is worth 125.000?
It's a collector's item or even an investment. In ten years time you can sell it for maybe way more, no guarantees though...
Part of the beauty of a thing like the guitar is that it was an antique. It wasn't a replica of anything. It is the object of which replicas are made. They are bought for the same reason as antique furniture. There is a rarity to them. If you want a guitar that will become an antique, like a lowden, collings any high end guitar really, buy it now. Their value will increase, both sentimental and economic. But if you want an heirloom now, welll, I guess you might want to drop a butt ton of money. It's a matter of personal taste I guess
Just don't lend it to Quentin Tarantino :)
Sindre Sollie you sir are evil for that comment
Kurt Russell made the boo boo
Or Bluto for that matter.
the girl was shocked when it happens
The more I know humans,
The more I love my dog!!!
love it humans are greedy
Ok then..
Huh you think that sounds good you should hear my squire
LOL! Yeah, right! Still have a tin ear hey??
Sounds beautiful but i would never buy a guitar for more than 2000$
guitarsANDcars39 Yep, why pay more than you have to and also have the extra worry of it disappearing?
yeah most people think they need to buy an expensive guitar to sound good but its always the player that makes a guitar sound good. end of story
With that amount of budget, I would spend it for 100 dollars guitar, and 1900 dollars Amp, how bout dat ?
The fact that they sound great is secondary. It's a genuine piece of American history.
1:19 the guitarist in the background is a legend
I liked the way you played little wing :)
It's kind of crazy how it's almost 100 years old and still sounds good.
exactly !!
It probably has undergone maintenance several times...
It’s a well known fact among guitar players that the older the guitar, the better it sounds because it’s been played for long enough and the wood becomes more resonant or whatever making it sound richer and and crisp.
Why not ? A stradivarius violin is centuries older.
But does it djent?
Antti Raitala probably not, but it does break
this really stopped being funny in 2013
Rudy Ayoub 2014 at best
It can Ding Dang Ding dong dinging.
Can you please fuck yourself? :)
This is cool. I bought my very first Martin today here in Nashville.
Little Wing!!!! Hell yeah! That is one of the more difficult Jimi songs I've learned. I really wish I could hear it in person. I feel like anything that old & full of experience needs to be heard in person. Regardless, it sounded great. 8,000 thumbs up. 🤘

If I sell my guitar for 1.000.000$ it doesn't mean that this guitar is worth 1.000.000$
Daniel Kotyński u r correct
then sell my fender squiert for 2 000 000 and i will give you 50%
i dont have a fender XD i have a fake one but same sound hahqha
Amine Tber a squier isnt fake its just a lower end fender
But this one is worth 125K. I don't know what your analogy was trying to get at but I bet none of your guitars are from 1938 and only are in the numbers of maybe 20-30.
2:44 I get those goosebumps every time
Mine was $80 - NEW
Very happy with it. I have fun exploring with it. Mostly an inward experience end of day.
Thank God, you play a G chord without an open B string.
Steven Shockley dude right! I know
Joe B YOU UNDERSTAND! :)
Yeah, so you get GCdgEG, I've played it without the open b and with, but itg just sounds so much cooler with the d lol
Steven Shockley also if your into open tunings, CGCGCe is a blast, tune E down to C and A down to G and D down to C and B up to C and leave G and e string alone, it's a pretty sweet thing especially with a slide.
GCdgd#G ** my bad
It's hard being left handed at guitar shows 😭
well, dosnt sound as good as i expected
i didn't think so either. i wouldn't part with my hard earned
According to James Taylor, guitars tend to get worse over long periods of time. So I am not surprised.
It's because he played fingerstyle.
This guitar is made to be flatpicked.
Little dull. New Martin's have clearer sound. But hey acoustics in that closet was poor.
Same
that guys laugh at 1:24 clearly said "thank god i'm not the only one getting tired of this"
OMG the resonance of this thing··· amazing I have to say.
the palm hits.... wtf man. you handled that Martin like a department store guitar.
Mike N it survived WW2... it will survive some palm slaps
Bro it’s a guitar… if it can’t handle some slaps when playing that damn thing ain’t worth $30 let alone $125,000 🤦🏻♂️

What a thrill to play such an expensive and iconic instrument. I must not have a good ear because I think my 500 dollar Takamine sounds that good! Oh well, it's nice to see a guitar that old and famous played. My favorite guitarist, Phil Keaggy has a Martin around that age.
Tone and playability account for maybe 10% of the price.
I’d absolutely love to do a blindfold test with this and a range of other guitars just to see who could pick it out.
No stairway?
Dislike.
Gabriel Sandova denied
Be played way more complex stuff. Like hendrix... Stairway is too cliché
Gabriel Sandova. Or smoke on the water
dossy33 I understood that reference.
playing a dollar worth 125000 guitars
That's weird, I always start off with playing an E chord
I start with Am
@SECOGER -- I start with a G
I start with H
I start with E#
The Clarence White famous Martin is a 1935 D-28 too!! Tony Rice tells the story in a video, and claimed it's measurements were slightly smaller than spec in the body, plus the enlarged sound-hole, and extended fingerboard. This one sounds good too!!
To all the people saying it doesnt sound good,
It's not that it sounds good (which it does) but this guitar has been around for almost a century. A real guitar enthusiast will understand what I'm saying. This thing sounds amazing for its age
Looks like a $12.5 guitar from Goodwill to me.:-)
Nah i'd rather buy tons of awesome pedals
Avo Solakian or just a new nice guitar
I'd buy the most expensive amp there could be, my dream guitar and the most expensive distortion and delay pedals.
same though. Victory Kraken, an Mesa 4x12, a mesa 1x12 (for quieter playing), and then pay for college.
Wow now there's an idea, a video of someone hooked up to 125, 000 dollars worth of pedals,
Yep, tons of pedals to mask your mediocre playing.
you won't hear what its really capable of until you put a pick into it and play it loud. Those guitars are boomers and super dynamic but also extremely balanced instruments. They need some bluegrass flat picking!
Can't believe Gary traded off his old shade top D-28. That thing was a beast! This sounds good over a telephone with cheap headphones. Would love to hear it in person.
This sounds really smooth and pretty.
Really? 1:16
Who plays smoke on the water?

Every guitar player
1:17 he's probably playing it on the 6th string
What song is that ?
What Song Is That?
Smoke on the water
I thought he was gonna break a string when he was tuning it up...
Its not like the strings are from 1931
@@peacewalkr yeah. no string would last that long unless its made of adamantium or something 😅
Zeilarchen imagine tho because you can see there’s barely any rust if at all on the strings so it would be amazing if my strings lasted that long
Sounds really good.... amazingly, doesn't sound any better than any given custom Santa Cruz... way to go Santa Cruz Guitar Company... Nice job demo'ing
Absolutely LOVED the Little Wing, man. What else would do this instrument justice?
Nice guitar but, does it djent?
Smoke on the Water the easyest song for real
At that price I could live in a mansion in india😂😂😂
I've been to India. "Mansion in India" is an oxymoron.
alan4sure There’s plenty of mansions in India. Especially in the hills of the Himalayas or the South.
You’re a typical ignorant American, average apartment price in south Mumbai is upwards of $500,000. Living in Imperial towers, marine drive, altamount road or any of the sort could set you back up to $10 million. A mansion? upwards of 30 million. You couldn’t dream of living there. 😂 India’s become the butt of everyone’s jokes but tbh we don’t care! We’re the fastest growing economy on the planet, we’re expected to overtake the USA by the late 2020s and we have a history so vast and had wealth so incredible that the west couldn’t even dream of! The only reason the British could even take us over was because at the time we were deeply divided into small princely states. We had missiles that the British had to take home to reverse engineer because of their superior range and power (mysorean rockets), search up the city of Jaisalmer, you’ll see the havelis and houses that the average person used to live in. We have himalayas in the north, tropical beaches, rainforests and mountains in the south and east, desert in the west, arid land in the middle, tropical islands, etc... Search this up too: India had the largest GDP on the planet from the ancient era all the way up to 1200AD and then once again in the Mughal era. The complexity of engineering was far beyond the IQ of western engineers at this time. We possess ancient civilisations like the Indus valley civilisation (a civilization so advanced at the time that even Egypt seemed backwards (they had toilets in each house, underground sewage, universities, drainage, mills, etc... in 3000BC!) For most of history, India and China were leading (Chinese culture massively originated from India, buddhism is from India, the worlds oldest university nalanda university is from India), the west had a small period of leadership from the 1600s and now its about to end again. India and China will once again rule the world...
Evidence of India having the largest economy on the planet historically: (btw look at the dates you dumb american):

@@SuperTechno2012 the houses are okay, been there too, but trying to get hot water and a simple shower is damn near impossible and everything is covered in a layer of dust and dirt all the time. Before you take over the world, you guys need to work out basic hot water plumbing, pollution issues and continuously available electricity. We'll wait.
@@CorkyK Lol idk where dafuq you went. In Delhi we get hot water and electricity 24/7 especially in last couple of years. I don't understand what you westerners think of us as? The shower I have in India is just as good if not better than the one I can have in the US. It's warm if I switch on the boiler, else it's cold. Is it really that hard to understand?!? 😂
Everything isn't covered in dust all the time. Again, did you stay in a slum? Dust storms only come in north india and that too a relatively small part. In the south, east, Himalayas, and some western states, dust isn't a problem (India is a big fucking country you typical ignorant American I think I should start listing the plethora of issues the US has for a developed country, many us towns didn't get electricity or sewage till the 80s).
As far as pollution goes, there's again a handful of areas. The states of UP and Bihar which are poor and more polluted, Delhi gets polluted every winter due to crop burning. The south, east and Himalayas (far north) are once again clean af. Americans tend to be inherently ignorant so it's fine, I won't go too harsh. If you want pictures of ranches and farm houses in India, hmu I'll link them to you in my reply. (They're bigger than American ones and have Indian style architecture).
Imagine you playing the exact same notes you played in this video but its back IN 1935?? Before Hendrix, or even Deep Purple lol, music has come so far from then man!!! WE ROCK!!!!
I don't feel so bad buying a new $1300 Martin acoustic today. It sounds great, but obviously needs time to mature it.. it's not made in China
Guitars get worse with age, not better. You have made a serious buy in to mythology.
@@NeverTalkToCops1 depends on the guitar and how it's looked after over its life.
Does it faster than Lamborghini?
I wonder how much Willie Nelson's Trigger will be worth. It has two holes in the front so maybe twice as much
Imran Ex-Muslim Trigger is going to sell for ten million dollars if Willy's Estate puts it up for sale, but my bet is that it'll go into a museum, not a private collection.
I have a used Fender Del Mar acoustic that I bought for 150 dollars and it sounds just as good, if not better. Guitars are simple tools and the hype surrounding certain brands and eras is mostly just that-pure, unsubstantiated hype. If you’re a good player you’ll sound good on anything with decent craftsmanship and setup. If you’re a bad player you’ll sound bad on everything. Simple as that.
Goosebumps when I hear the first chord
Little wing on a 125,000k guitar. Made my night :)
Does anyone know the name of the tune he plays first?
cole ashmore little wing by Hendrix
“It’s super rare and it costs me a lot of money to get and I had to trade a lot of vital organs”
*winds string on the peg 47 times.*
seems like your slapping that thing around a little too much there buddy for a vintage $125K guitar that you dont own , I would have stayed in the room with this guy wow !
I hope you enjoyed you conjugal visit with that guitar. To me that's not worth the money, but really cool to see.
My self modified Martin DX1AE sounds very similar especially on fingerpicking.
Like those mini buzz and all perfect imperfections
Dude. No
sound no better than a £80 one from ebay
we never got to hear the sound this one can make , he played shit muse,
Sounds a bit better, but you mainly pay extra for better woods and build so they feel nicer to play, and are easier to play. This one is only 125k because of the rarity and collectors value on it though. Sounds the same as any other martin that costs 15x less
Play something like this then you'll understand
You can read that as "I can't afford it, so I'm gonna say that a cheap ass guitar is just as good for my own comfort".
Truth be told, this guitar is extremely expensive. A Taylor or a Martin in the $8k range are already godamn perfect in sound, playing, feel, comfort, craftmanship etc, you name it. I would totally buy a Taylor PS14ce if I could afford it, but it's way out of my range...
Benedetto might be the only one to be at the very top of the line of high end guitars.
No a $80. Guitar will not sound better but a $150. Ibanez acoustic I have sounds just as good:)
