The editing has gotten better however I find the pop-ups non value added. It is amusing every once in a while but anything can be overdone. That being said, I realize everyone has different tastes and some may enjoy them.
Don’t know if it’s a cheat when your making your own rules. But I do encourage you to try making your own crackers instead of buying. Might like it.

Should make a cedar tree pole barn pig pin and make it an arbor style 14' wide so you can put put a center pole at 7' and have it 2 feet higher in the middle and make a rain catching watering system.
An arbor with 8 sides, that's 8 weeks rotation. You would just have to move the gate entrance every week and electric fence without moving them. You just make sure they are wired trained 😊

You measuring the boards cracked me up and your sweet baby singing was wonderful. I have been sick for years and found out I had cancer this year( I’m 47). Your videos along with other homesteaders helps me hold onto my homestead dreams❤. We do already have the homestead/garden but I’m hoping to start raising meat animals this year. Growing dried beans is one of my favorite easy things to grow. You should give it a try before saying no to it. I think they’re worth growing.

Basil is the best smelling thing I have ever smelled! I have 3 different varieties interspersed throughout my garden and everywhere I go I get the sweetest smelling aroma! I absolutely love it and it lifts my spirits every single time I catch a whiff! It’s easy to grow, beautiful, and attracts beneficial insects. I love cooking with it and I highly encourage anyone to include it in their garden! I have a couple green varieties and a purple variety and they all smell heavenly and taste great as well as providing beauty and diversity. 😊❤

We grow speckled cranberry pole beans and they help add nitrogen to our soil and also grow vertically. They make the best refried beans with lard!!
I've been making yogurt for years and you do not have to keep buying yogurt to get a new culture each time. All you have to do is reserve a cup of yogurt from the batch you just made because it has the live culture needed. Use it as you would your store bought one.

Them little taters are great if you boil them, smash them with the heel of your hand, brush with oil and seasons then bake until brown and crunchy. SO YUMMY!!!

I remember being 45. That was the year I had Lydia, my youngest daughter, who is 23 now and 6 feet tall.
Rebekah - you said that cilantro is hard to grow. The first year, get some organic seed. Start them in pits. Three seeds in each hole. Water, give them light, and talk to them everyday. If you are very lucky, 1/3 of them will sprout. Nurture them and then transplant outside. Raise all of the plants for cutting and drying. Use one plant for raising for seed. Save seed for the following year, and keep following the same routine. You’ll always have plenty of delicious cilantro.

In your staging, curing, launching area I would put a lift off pad and a double triple sweeping area with a extended door step and a step up with a ramp on the back side for wheel chair accessible needs. After that I would pour a 2000 sq foot slab and build an addition to process the walnuts. For extra quality.

I bought some tea plant seeds from Indonesia, online. They sent about ten berries and 4 plants germinated. I brought the pot in for the winter but next year I plan to put them up in my greenhouse. Webought the greenhouse two years ago but haven't put it up yet. My hubby has had several (4) surgeries this year so clearing and instalation of the greenhouse has been delayed. I sure could use those Rhodes boys and their machines!😂 All that to say you can grow your own black and green tea.❤

I love all the information/knowledge Rebecca has to offer! I said we won’t go to the grocery store more than once every 2-3 weeks since we have plenty of food at home to save $ and eat what we grow. I make my own tea bags from herbs in the gardens, lotions/balms, body soap and feel much more empowered.😊
