I can't imagine living "minimally", especially when you have four seasons. In coats alone I have summer coats, spring coats, rain coats, coats for autumn, long and short coats for winter etc. It's amazing to get to a place where what you have serves most of your needs.
Thank you so much for your templates!!! The Plant Based meal planner has been a game changer in my household. I'm probably more flextarian so I've adapted it slightly (not much tbh!) and it's given me loads of veggie meal ideas and I'm already saving money and cutting food waste. Thank you :-)

I've just added The Outrun to my list too. I'm also inspired by people who live in and / or move to rural areas. I'd love to visit the Orkneys. There's just something about the land; I can't explain it beyond a feeling - a place I want to experience. Plus, my maternal great-grandmother hailed from there.

And the soups looks so yummy :) I like adding lentils to this kind of soup to make it richer in protein.
What is the stuff you use to clean the sofa? We have a dog and three cats, so the sofa is always covered with fur...
I got it from Amazon, its a pet hair remover and I highly recommend!
Amy Liptrot was from Orkney and returned there from London to recover.. it's a fantastic book. Ive just seen Anita Sethi at the Bronte Womens writing festival this weekend in Haworth. I read her book a while ago. The theme of the festival was wild nature. Brsuding Sweet grass is amazing as are all of Raynor Winn's books

Lovely video Molly.💕 I have your planner template but still have to get into using it consistently. I think I need to get more adept in using Notion. I am exploring writing memoir too and have been reading “Writing it all down” which is proving helpful. Did you use a resource which showed you ways to journal in memoir style? I have the writer’s journal but I need to actually use it 😂 I am retired so have freedom to spend my time wisely. I do have MS which can slow me down and sometimes hold me back although I think I use it as a excuse a lot of the time 🙄 I am heading over to Notion now to plan my weekend. Looking forward to your new template. xx

Love your videos. Simple and genuine. Curious to know how many hours a day or week you think you work with this set up? I also work for myself and after suffering from burnout, sometimes find it hard to structure my day and get enough work hours done.
I've never actually added up the hours, but its maybe between 20-25 spread through the week :)
