If this had an aperture ring it would have been perfect for the Zf. That camera is crying out for some AF lenses with aperture rings. You've done so good work with those kind of lenses on the Fuji X side of things (incl. having those aperture rings!), would be brilliant to have those style of lenses for a full-frame system as well.
I know maybe you wanted to avoid aperture rings to keep the budget down, but I'm telling you, if this had an aperture ring I think a lot of people would easily consider this lens to be a superior pairing with the Nikon Zf to Nikon's own 40mm (which also lacks an aperture ring, despite superficially having retro styling in it's SE version).

In some of your lenses nano AR coating are applied. But this particular nano coating do not perform well against a light source particularly tungsten incandescent light and such candle light. I always see a halo around the light source whether the lens is wide open or stopped dow. I strongly feel the nano coating is to blame for this. So it's better to stick with various regular AR coating, I feel. NO TO NANO COATING .
