Accessible Bed Yoga for Tight Legs

- Why bed yoga? One: My paralysis is too high for me to master a transfer to get to the ground on a Yoga mat; if that changed I would find a thicker than average mat to use to prevent pressure on my ischium bones (but bones). Two: Just before bed and when you wake up are the easiest times to do Yoga. So…If you are having tight, resistant legs today this is the routine for you right now. When you’re tired of being sore take the time to nurture your body’s anatomy systems - It will pay off . During yoga focus on remembering to take deep inhalations and extra log exhalations to feel the most benefit.
This is awesome! Trying this now

Clecio Gomes no I am paralyzed at C6-7
Accessible Amy Yoga ata, mas não entendo muito sobre isso. Mas você poderia fazer um vídeo mostrando os pés também.
Clecio Gomes I may be doing a feet range of motion video in the future. For the people that need to stretch their feet to reduce atrophy.
Do you have any sensation in your feet?
Mike Stevens only nerve tingles, and sharp pains 😣
Ok I see, Sorry to hear that. Is it painful and uncomfortable when the spastic motions come?@@FitForQuadLifeYoga
Mike Stevens yes and no. When I'm awake I'm ready for it, and I am mentally prepared for the tension. When I am taking asleep or get jolted while sleeping they awaken the neuropathy, and is quite painful.
