I love your work Gundam, both in the modeling/painting and the video production. The modeling and painting is clean and precise, and the videos really do have the "Bob Ross" relaxing feel that I find very enjoyable.
Display can be as important as the work for pure artistic value of the project. That was told to me by my high school art teacher. Looks good so far bud.
This is genuinely inspiring me to get off my ass and try this. The way you present it and the idea it will get me out of my own head. Soon as I get some extra cash I’m gonna invest in a gundam kit and see if it’s for me
Thanks for the vid. I bought similar sets as backdrops for my models but you sure did a hell lot more with it than I did. Looks awesome. And I *DID* learn something. Keep up the good work!
Don't give up on it. Take it slow. You have already done so much work on it it's a shame to not finish. It's a unique thing that you are making not just for UA-cam. It can be an amazing diorama. Enjoy it.
Really enjoyed the look of the oil running off on the grates looks authentic. I would agree with you at some point is it worth to be dumping all those hours into it does it come up or is it that noticeable when your showing off your gundams.
Indeed, Very time consuming. It will make for some badass photography when you use it to show off your kits, though. Took note of that technique of yours and I really like that 'oil stain' effect. Truly killin' it, man.
Great video-I belong to IPMS, and we are looking at giving Gundam a more formal status. We have Gundam a contest category, but I’m not sure it reflects the variety in the hobby. Thanks!
After your silver for chipping try running a sharp pencil on the edge. It catches the light and makes the chipping look sssoooo much better. Great work so far on the channel
ive always wondered, why does most people that build diorama/bases for gundam want to Weather their bases likes it is rusty/cranky/brown-ish? i meant i know the logic is to make it realistic. but isnt in reality a space station no mattser if its war/ship/hub space station usually are highly maintained? its clean, slick and smooth? its also serve for safety of conduct to maintain a clean working ground that especially works with dangerous weapon/mecha? so isnt that suppose to be the realism of it? im talking about in context of "space" station.
Just a thought... check out photos of real launching pads. See how those look. Im sure the feet area will be affected from the feet boosters. Shit looks awesome dude. Keep it up!
I enjoyed it thoroughly.. I'm waiting for all my orders to arrive and I'll be working on a similar project, except it will be inside my computer case. If anyone can link me more similar videos, I would appreciate it..
I just gotta say, you ain’t waisted enough money, until you realize you have spent over $5000 on your hobby. My single most expensive project is probably a converted knight titan that in total I have spent $400 on parts and kits to convert it.
You ain't alone brother! I have way to much money spent on parts for conversions for my army. It's a freakin money pit, but when you get a cool idea you need the parts! 😉
"I can't afford to keep this up"
*Scratches collar nervously*

Watching this is very relaxing and even when you tend to ramble as you've said I still enjoy the vids
I look forward to seeing it in future episodes.
This is like Bob Ross for Otakus.

I agree with your logic on weathering MS. I will keep that in mind on my next build. Keep up the good work Gundam

You are not only hilarious and a speaker of the harsh truth but a artist as well

Wish it came like that!

We all appreciate the effort gundam

Nice work. Would you have a link on where we can get the base?

No need to take offense, my goal is to make Gundam Great Again
You probably have already but have you ever heard of Adam Savages Tested channel? Lots of great model painting tips, and other great tips also.
You're really good on this
I like your style of making videos. Nice personality!!!!!!! ✌😎💎🙄

Luv ur work man..keep it up!
What yr is the stang? Fastback is cool.
Did you get the decals on eBay or they come with the base?
Bandai should make a PG Action Base.
@xxnike629xx You should build a kit for real, not a box fort.
THERE'S A GUNDAM DOWN HERE!
hey bro, which oil based paint did you use on this?
your my new painting teacher thank you ( i save 50 k dollars)

not the most effective weathering technique but it looks alright
Why don’t you skip buying hanger base DIY
