It is, EU car manufacturers tell us that it is absolutely "impossible" to produce such a cheap electric car :-) They need Kandi-type competition as soon as possible.
Federal Tax rebate of $7,500 and you may have State Tax rebates and Utility Rebates/Bonuses. = A $20,000 electric car is now $12,500 or less.
