Raw Mangoes - 5 Nos
Goan Vinegar - 1 Cup
Garlic - 1 Pod
Ginger - 1 Inch
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Asafeitada / hing - 2 pinches
Curry leaves - 3 sprigs
Sugarcane Jaggery - 250 grams
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
Salt - 2 & half tbsp
