Lol not sure, I have 3 batteries for it and it's still plenty charged after going through all 3 batteries, but I charge it up before I go flying! Thanks for Watching!
Thank you so much for this incredible video!!! You covered every detail of this drone and that is exactly what I needed. Man…. I wish everyone would make videos like this. Again. Thank you !!!!!
that was really awesome flight of your drone 👍👍..will the 4k video burn more battery faster? ..that 4k looked lot better on video ..sure looks nice ..ty for showing all this about this drone ..I purchased one during Christmas ..Happy New Year
@@HubCityDrones there was people making some complaints on this drone..saying it toilet bowls in the air while in flight ..you have any times like this with yours?
Not that I can remember, but I also higher end drone that will toilet bowl, it's caused when the drone doesn't get a good Compass Calibration, if it does toilet bowl 1st don't panic, just land the drone power it off and on again and do the Compass Calibration again, it's also a good idea to do the Gyro Calibration again as well, when you do the compass calibration try to keep the drone at least 3ft or so above the ground and make sure your not right next to any metal awnings or power lines even the metal rebarb under co concrete can effect the Calibration!
I have been anxiously waiting for your review of the HS720R and you didn't disappoint! So glad that Holy Stone now makes a drone with a 3 axis gimbal and it looked very good. I just wish that they made this to work with the remote control system used on the HS360S as that one is great. Hoping that an upcoming drone would merge the best features of the two (plus it would a bonus to have it
@@HubCityDrones So I have this drone but I was looking at the camera feed indoors at night with the lights on it had a yellow tint. Is it because of the low light?
@@HubCityDrones I tried it during the day and it worked perfectly. But after the drone reached 2/4 green lights lit on the battery, the light on the back of the drone started to pulse red. It would be red then stop then be red again so I landed the drone. Any idea what it's saying? My guess is it is saying that the controller battery is low
I believe the red lights are letting you know that drones battery is getting low (believe 50%) as long as you still have control over the drone your good, plus if the battery gets to real point like 25% or less, the drone will be limited to a 98ft distance and height or it will automatically go into return to home mode!
I had good luck with this one. It had good range for being WIFI based and the smart features worked well but the lack of integrated RID was a bummer because the HS RID module is another $90. I sent my 720R to Addam at Addam's playground and he enjoyed flying it. He had never flown a drone before.
@@HubCityDrones that's good to know. I'll ask my rep about that because she never told me this. I work with a different rep than you. I already asked her if she knew you and she doesn't
Wish I had you here to fly mine I just got as a gift. I should have switched to the beginner mode. As soon as I took off, somehow it shot up high, hit a branch, then I try to get it back, which I did after it hit the side of my house and went down. The only damage is the peg where the LED light is. Snapped. I woder how I'm going to replace it. I read that this model does has some out of control issues. Although I am just a beginner.
Great video! the 720p fpv view looks a bit blocky in the video but scaled down to a phone screen it will probably be a bit less blurry/pixelated. Mine's coming in tomorrow, got a deal on Amazon for 260 dollars, i got 60 dollars discount but i'll pay import tax on it (living in Switzerland has it's downsides, including shipping+import tax it's almost as much as the discount so about breaking even)). Just need to see if i can get a battery deal on it along the way, 26 minutes sounds like a lot but I want to do some travel shots during hikes and mtb trips and also out on the racetrack getting some track overview footage, so not sure if one battery is going to be enough. The 4K video recordings also look pretty good! Pretty sure i can use some nice filters and color correction in my video editor software to make it pop a little more. Genuinely impressed by it's features for this price range. Obviously a DJI has a better camera and more finetuned functions but as a beginner, this HS720R will do just fine! again, very nice video sir! thanks for the testing and uploading.
No Holy Stone and SJRC are two different companies, as like most of the drone companies, they use the same model drone, just re-branded with a different name.
Because it's the same drone just with a different name like HS360S or F22, the computer board on the inside of the drone is still the same so it will work with other app from other brands if the Drone is the same
Not all new drones, if the Drone is under 249g it doesn't need remote ID, manufacturers have to either have the RID in the drone or offer an FAA approved RID module to the consumer, but with the lack of availability on RID modules for sale to the consumer, the FAA has extended the mandatory deadline for Pilots to have RID on there drones until March 16th 2024.
I figured out that it cones in handy if your cellphone buttons get in the way of the holder, you can flip your cellphone around, lol! Thanks for Watching!
Lol! Hope you don't get caught, because "KAREN'S" hate drones and the FAA is Cracking down big time, besides that it's not a frickin big deal to register, oh don't forget as of March you'll also need RID! Good Luck!
No Remote ID built-in....bad move. You're going to have to add cost and weight to the drone to purchase the Remote ID vs. getting a drone with it built-in. When you combine the cost of the Drone and the Remote ID unit, you're better off getting a DJI Mini 3, especially a refurb unit that drops the cost even more.
After you purchase the HS720R if you contact Holy Stone, they will send you a Free Remote ID and existing HS costumers will get 75% Off their HSRID01 Remote ID, as far as weight goes you only talking about adding maybe an ounce or two at most.
By far, very far, the best review of the 720R on UA-cam. Love seeing your passion shine through.

@@HubCityDrones So I have this drone but I was looking at the camera feed indoors at night with the lights on it had a yellow tint. Is it because of the low light?
@BlueJPlayzyt, more than likely, that is why it has a tint, make sure there is not a protective cover on the camera lens.

What kind of camera were you using to video the flight of the drone?
Gopro11
Does this 720R use the same battery as HS600?
No they ate different
Is this Holystones first drone with POI? Meaning it just doesn’t follow the controller?
sir is it hollystone is sjrc brand..?

Image quality does not appear to be very good. Maybe a protective film on the lens??
Is it compatible with a payload drop. Looking for a drone for fishing.
It doesn't have an attachment on it for one, but I think it would definitely work if you added one to it!
what is meant by "range of 3 kilometers"?
The drone can fly 9842ft away from you!
I don't have to register my over 250g helo, I'm not registering a 'drone'

...so very true.
I LOVE my Mini 3.
I bought one, It toilet bowled and I was able to crash land it without damage or incident and sent it back for a full refund. Not safe to fly.
All drones can toilet bowl! Especially if the Compass Calibration was not a good calibration!
