This is literally the first time I ever commented on anything on UA-cam, but I LOVE all of your videos and enjoy keeping up with you. You encourage me with having my own coffee and Bible Time. I would love more health and fitness videos and also would really really appreciate if you’d share some of your favorite recipes with us.
Our church is doing a 21 day fast and I chose fasting dairy, meat, and sugar… it’s really given me mental clarity… Im going to stick to plant based for 2023 Eating healthier has really changed my life and how I feel about myself…
Just wondering, have you ever thought of writing your own cookbook? Not sure how proficient you are in the kitchen, but if God places the desire on your heart, pray about it! We all like healthy food that is also fun and exciting and delicious! And to have a book about it would be a plus!

I love how you mentioned that it isn't just for you but also for Jesus first and your loved ones. YES. Being healthy is about respecting the body God gave us and it helps us and others along the way! You go girl. You can do this!

I've been told eating habits are the major key to healthy lifestyle. I also love working out but it's definitely hard to stay disciplined. I have tell myself constantly that I have to stay disciplined.
This was so helpful, Ashley! If I am being honest, I haven’t had the healthiest relationship with working out and eating and my intentions are probably not right. This year I want to grow to love the body that God gave me and be grateful everyday for my good health and breath in my lungs. This video really motivated me to be a better steward and not punish myself for not living up to impossible standards or expectations. Thanks for encouragement. Lots of love, friend ❤

Great video Ash! I don’t know if sugar is really considered to be “food” or not. The sugarcane is natural but we were never intended to eat as much as our society does!!! With that, I believe Sugar is bad, not just less nutritious. It’s said to be 70x more addictive than cocaine. I have definitely experienced that my whole life! You are so right when you say our taste buds can change! I love this! I go though ups and downs with eating right, like anybody else…for me I take chunks of time where I’ll cut out refined sugar and switch to real food like honey, maple syrup, maple sugar, coconut sugar and that change makes me feel better about myself!! Also my food lifestyle is EATING REAL FOOD!!! I do not skip the potatoes because they are high in carbs, as they are real food but rather I take out packaged non-foods, laden with preservatives, dyes, chemicals, etc. Everybody had their thing I think-the thing(s) they know they need to avoid for their own body ex. for me I have an autoimmune disease so after learning that sugar, grains and dairy are highly inflammatory, I was convicted that these are the things that I need to avoid. I hope you find great joy in eating good healthy foods!
