George, just want to compliment you on your awareness of other drivers. I have meant to mention it before, but forgot what i had planned to say. I was an ADI way back in the 90's, after 25 yrs "normal" driving as service engineer covering 250,000M per year. One of my main bug-bears was "other drivers" complete ignorance of driving etiquette and consideration. You are to me, a very good example of a considerate driver, and would like to compliment, and thank you for your consideration and courtesy to other road users. I was forced to give up driving by health problems in mid 2008 and haven't driven since, but still notice "good" drivers on the odd occasion I get driven anywhere.
Great video George...Once the harvests over then get the FW into the ploughing...Will hear her sound as shes pulling lol....Stay safe bud and see you soon
You Know What would be cool George, to use a Drone to fly the straps over the tops of the Bales one by one dropping the untied end of each one over the other sides bale! Just need a small servo motor on the underside with a hook which holds the strap and drops it by angling downwards when you see on the drone viewing screen that the strap is over the other side? Be a good skill test for you George? 😉🚜
Another fantastic vid for us George - thank you for taking the time and trouble to keep us fully engaged in what you’re doing. It’s very much appreciated. The trailer loads looked very well strapped and smart. 😊
Cheers Trevor, I'm just glad you guys enjoy watching the videos, I try to make them as interesting as possible and not just putting videos out for the sake of it👍
Hello George she does look well loaded with straw I remember when you retined that grad does look some very nice straw keep up the good work look forward to the next one 👍👍
Good Evening George, Thanks for one more great video you will soon be one off the family that I have never met, lol I look forward to your videos so as far as I am concerned I could watch your video evert night it just bring back so many memories of when I worked the land, So don’t stop making them. And again take care of yourself and stay safe.🚜🚜☀️👍👌
Hi George, Been watching you a while now..consider putting a paint line from your rims onto the tyre wall. My dad's FW60 used to turn the tyres on the rim on heavy ground in Essex. It will give you the heads up if you get the same problem.. the recent vids have brought a few hours of memories back😊
Good video George the 225 was knocking on at 55k 💪, would reversing the FW on to the trailer not help having the front end over the axles less stress on the chassis 🤔👍
Yes it possibly would Bob, the other issue I've got is the ramps are right on the border line with weight, and there only borrowed ramps. A heavier set would cost a lot of money, in an Ideal world I'd have both trailers 🙈
George, I hear your use of the acre unit of measurement. Is this more common in UK than hecter. Note: this question is posed to George, not the keyboard crowd 💯
We use both systems which is handy🤦♂️ and never confusing! Most work is done in hectares and kilograms these days but we still talk in acres, inches, metres, miles, kilometers. I suppose older chaps still talk more in acres and young chaps are just being taught in hectares. Hope that helps Bill 👍
Hi Geeorge, could you advise me what air brake connection system you use there in england? I mean the quick couplers. I like it better than the ones we use in Slovakia. Could you send me a link? I will probably replace it on all tractors and trailers. Thank you very much.
Hi Markus we use this type of connector, a male and female so the airlines can't be mixed up, they work well 👍 hgvdirect.co.uk/trailer-service-line-coupling-female-m22-p-501779.html?campaign=18075892288&content=&keyword=&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwrKu2BhDkARIsAD7GBotzQNtDQkJV3N4580iiu_2djQwjgd5bBtpYP-dLxtKCMu8ekTEf0I4aAhrqEALw_wcB
do those soft sidewall tyres running at 10psi not overheat on the road at speed, cos i bet they are not cheap... also, do any tractors have automatic tyre pressure adjusting systems installed keep it up young man
I have felt the sidewalls after a journey and they're no hotter than you'd expect. They are designed to have that flex in the sidewall. Various manufacturers offer central tyre inflation and you can get it retrofitted but we haven't got it on any of the tractors 👍
We normally strap them down tight then open the ratchet again pull it tight again then ratchet it they stay welded to the trailer then just piece of mind on a long haul

Always good to see a well strapped load, well done to you. There is at least one youtube farmer that could learn a lot rom this video.👍
I'm not asking who🙈
@@GeorgeSaunders And I wont tell, but I will say he doesn't know which way up to hang his country's flag.

Fair play to the loader drivers, they ain’t keeping you waiting long like that!
If there's one thing in this world that's better than a Brucie bonus it's a Saunders Top Tip.
Another fantastic vid for us George - thank you for taking the time and trouble to keep us fully engaged in what you’re doing. It’s very much appreciated. The trailer loads looked very well strapped and smart. 😊

Great video. Imagine a Fastrac 7230 pullin a triple axel low loader with the FW on it. Damm that would look good
I've got a stiffy thinking about it 😂
Another great video George tractor looks smart as well🚜👍
Great video George
Hi George back the fw on the trailer to keep the weight on the axles 😂
The 225 is looking sweet! The fdub being used in anger is gonna be good
nice video. Those bales no load for the T7 Lads here would haul them with something like a TM155
Always good watching big fella

Great Video George, if the NH t7 225 has beaten the JCB perhaps it's time for a new (to you) JCB, just saying
Don't tempt me Tony!
👍👍

In fairness, compare NH from same ERA as the JCB 🚜🐄🍶👌
Ant Hill there George 😂
Is it your farm? Or do you just work on it?
We normally strap them down tight then open the ratchet again pull it tight again then ratchet it they stay welded to the trailer then just piece of mind on a long haul
Aye, I do that on big squares 👍 these rounds were only going a mile down the road 👍
do they still put water in the tyres with the bigger tractors these days old mate?
Yeah, it's not as common as it used to be but some folks still do it👍
Could do with the curved ended round bale trailers less strapping
Cheese wedge ramps they're called.
why did you not buy a new fastrack instead of the t7?
What does?
Liz, think to the new combine.
She's done a video on it, should be out fairly soon 👍
Kane hydraulic beaver tail or herron ramp that go right over make flat bed
They're called cheese wedge ramps George
They're the ones Phil 👍
hope you're not falling out with the the Fastrac
