If someone really wants to buy a house or is serious about investing, finding a wife, etc - usually such person books a consultation and gets valuable information in 1 hour which is pretty hard to find even after spending tens or sometimes hundreds of hours online. When it is just to talk - people write tens of emails, but will never invest anything, and even will never visit Ukraine 😄

It is hard to say some city is overcrowded. Some people moved to Lviv, Uzhgorod, IF, Ternopil, but... rent in Bulgaria is cheaper than in Lviv, IF, Uzhgorod and even in Chernivtsi now. So, women with children rather move to Bulgaria, Romania and Moldova than to Western cities of Ukraine.
