I saw him play Phantom on Broadway and stage doored him after, he was literally the nicest sweetest guy I've ever met!
Following Phantom, I want to see Norm take on The Beast in Beauty and the Beast. He would nail it.

There is a production of Annie coming out with Q. Wallis (Beasts of the Southern Wild) playing the title role. I saw Audra McDonald in it before as Daddy Warbucks' secretary. It would be awesome if she reprised that role and he was Daddy Warbucks.
I think there should be an african american actor playing the Phantom in Phantom of the Opera.

when he was on scandal, i found him so hard to hate, his character was so horrible and not the guy liv was suppose to end up with but, cause its norm lewis you cant hate him
