Thanks for the feedback, I mentioned wiggling it back and forth which mine wasn’t that tight apparently. However tightness might be different on different trucks. I get what you’re saying about fluff, it’s a fine line between being informative and just talking to much. Thanks again for the comment.
My horn operates but my cruise control does not. I made sure that the vacuum system works and all fuses were fine. I see you mentioned the horn and cruise control operation at one point in the video where you showed the three contacts. I am thinking this may be the culprit. Hopefully just remove and clean contact points. I am unsure if the buttons could be worn as well?
mines quite worn underneath i can see is a brand new steering wheel im curious if you remove the leather wrap no replacement needed right? this was a option and not all trucks came with the wrap i assume ford used the same wheels no?

As far as I know, but to be honest, I have never done one without cruise control.

Nope you actually take off the OBS transmission spacer and install the 8th inch steel plate that comes with the ZF6 on the newer 7.3
