Awesome material! Congrats
extremely comprehensive thank you!
Extremely useful information. I'm recovering from an injury and now I think it's the right time to do this type of training. I'll use some of those progressions after my warmups.
Thank you sir this is very use full for my ACL reconstruction surgery ✅

Very informative videos
I'm at stage 2
Thank you for guidance
I have meniscus injury
I banged my knee in May. ACL 1 sprain and grade 1 meniscus injury occurred. I couldn't walk properly, it hurt so much. I felt like it would never get better. As a result of my research on the internet, my fear that it would not heal increased, but with physical therapy and leg training, I completely eliminated the pain after 5-6 months. I'm running a marathon right now. Pain in low-level injuries disappears completely with applications. The tear will always be visible on the MRI, but you don't feel it. So it is no longer a problem for you. Dont worry. Good Luck🙂
What a vídeo! 👏 I should have watched this before…
I'd like to suggest, if level 1 box jump is still too hard, one should first do partial jumps where the feet do not, or barely leave the ground, to concentrate on the movement of landing first. To add more support, one could do this on a mat or multiple layers of mats to absorb the jump shock. What do you think about that?
Just got meniscus surgery and have been cleared to progress weight bearing. Timing couldn't have been better!
Can you please do a video on straight neck or military neck(loss of lordosis)😢🙏
Hi.
Is this included in your "Knee Resilience" program?
Thanks.
I think this is what I’m missing. I’m coming off partial meniscus surgery in my left knee I’ve done my rehab, but I’ve been working out in the gym more than anything. Their is one problem when I play basketball after a while the outside of my left knee gets swollen and the back of my knee flares up, I don’t understand what the issue is.
You solve the issue yet?
Could we do this for a quad strain ?
I tore my ACL meniscus and a partial MCL tear. It's been about 6 months since my surgery but I'm still having really bad pain above my knee cap and my preteller tendon. Any advice?
Should you do rehab once or twice a day for quicker recovery?
Sprain fhl 3 years ago in my ankle . Lost the ability to be athletic can’t run I go down the stairs like old man . Help
i had i minor acl injury its been 3 months i am doing rehab regularly but dont know when i start playing and can i take shoots and long passes again ?
Are you able to play again bro I have the same injury
I had a partial ACL tear in my right Knee. To be precise partial tear in the midsubstance of Anteromedial bundle. Can the tear be healed by itself without any surgery?
bro did you got any solution?
Is it me or I cant find your comprehensive plyometric workout video anymore
Do depth drops is how I tore my ACL😂
Why did my PT not have me do any of this? 11 months post-acl surgery and standing jumps and single leg pistol squats....smh
I guess he never keeps up with the new researches on this subject
Because this is a progressive stage have great risk of recurrent of your injury most pt won't do this unless for a pro athletes
@@mohammadelbana8768no that’s not the reason. The risk of reoccurring injury is actually greater if you never progress through rehab like this.
Not all PT’s are created equal, some don’t get into the higher level rehab training. A lot do though. A surgeons protocol can also be quite limiting or a patient could have low load tolerance, exercise tolerance, poor compliance, etc. I progress patients through things like this but that’s IF they have progressed through other requirements first. Good thing is that there isn’t anything stopping you (original commenter) from doing these, but it’s unfortunate that a PT didn’t guide you through them.
