Homemade Apple Pie Recipe (Easy) 🍎

Whether it's for thanksgiving or a warm autumnal treat, it's hard to beat a homemade apple pie! In todays video i show you my recipe for a simple & delicious apple pie, with a sticky warm filling & a sweet crumbly crust!
Recipe -
Pastry :
6 ounces plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 ounces butter
1/2 ounce of sugar
1 egg
Filling:
2 - 3 / 8 - 12 ounces Apples
A heaped teaspoon butter
A squeeze of lemon
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
1 teaspoon corn flour / corn starch
Bake for 35 - 45 minutes at 170c / 350f
