For those whose bluetooth module HC05 is not blinking its own LED as shown in the video, connect EN to 3.3V and VCC to 5V, then you can carry out the AT commands.
Also, remember to put question mark (?) after each AT commands such as (AT+UART?) instead of (AT+UART).
Also, when putting new names and password, no need to use inverted commas , for example, you can simply use (AT+PSWD= 6754) instead of (AT+PSWD= "6754"), you can also cross check with the original password of Bluetooth module to compare the new password format with the exact format of original password for simplicity.

It means the bluetooth module is not bind up.
Reconnect the bluetooth module again, it will work.

See if the reply come "ok" then type the following command mentioned in the video.
Otherwise reconnect the arduino with your computer.
