152nd Annual King Kamehameha Day kicks off with Lei Draping Ceremony

Friday kicked off a weekend-long celebration for King Kamehameha Day as the statue at Ali‘iōlani Hale was draped in fresh, handmade leis during the annual lei draping ceremony.
