What about a tea recipes video? Like you mentioned how you like to add lemon to your green tea... maybe make a video with other tea recipes/prep/combinations you like? I know I like to experiment with all kinds of added fruits and spice flavors, sometimes add milk, sometimes not, sometimes I sweeten with honey, sometimes with sugar, sometimes not at all... so maybe you could share all the possibilities! :)

That burgundy shoe is not a platform, it's a wedge . The platform has about an inch or more sole on the front of the shoe, letting your body weight rest on your whole foot rather than just on balls of your feet.
A foot doctor told me the slope should not be higher than 2 inches. So if you're wearing 3 inch heels be sure the front of the shoe has a 1 inch platform.

Deana Noop look for shoes that are specifically for narrow feet, and then go up a size. and always wear socks with Uggs, or once the material inside gets matted it will become stiff and cause blisters.
Aiyana Sharai I don't buy the same size every time! it varies from brand to brand so I buy whatever feels most comfortable. And of course I wear socks lol. I'd freeze in this weather if I didn't haha:D I just have a very sensitive skin.

The "platform" heels you showed are wedges but the points you made are great and platform shoes (the ones with the really think sole at the toes) are good for your feet because they keep all the pressure off the ball of your feet and give more stability

What you call platform shoes I would call wedges! I feel like platforms are more "flatforms" where the wedge is usually straight across but it might just be that we grew up hearing different ways to call it!

damn, am I the only one who missed the "how to walk in heels with no pain"? My feet, apart from blisters, that I know how to prevent, get super tired super quick.The ball of my foot burns, after 20min walk in heels (platforms/wedges/thick heels) even with use of the gel liners...
+MoodyPolishPosh Most people are out of the house a lot longer than 3 hours. Whether you're at work and you have to walk to the bus, train or subway, you're on your feet for much longer than 3 hours! And when I go out, I often don't get home till 4/5am, so being able to walk for three hours won't cut it!
Exactly!! Who doesn't know how to prevent blisters.. The ball of the foot is the problem. I guess the only way to prevent that is weaeing heels on a regulae base. And starting of with small heels and wear higher ones after couple of weeks.

I have absolutely no padding on the balls of my feet so heels are extremely painful. My secret - comfort heels! Cole Hahn has a line that has nike air technology in them and my one pair is literally the only pair I wear now when I go out!!
