Thought it was gonna be very complicated when I first watched the video but Definitely wasn’t that hard to do I got my stacks and air filter in the mail watched the video a couple more times and did it step-by-step, easy as pie I was done within two hours with taking a break lol thanks brentuning 👍
Did your bike leaked oil
How's that filter holding up?
Ok so im about to buy the 2022 S1000XR and i see that all parts fit all 3 models RR , R & XR… soooo my question is do you guys know if the exhaust are same fitting as well?
Bc i want the Akra Titanium headers and Midpipe with the GP shorty can (not decided on Akra or SC project CR-T) bc i hate big cans on motorcycles!!!
If your stacks are in the downwards position how do you get them to move up?
Why are the old stacks left in the M1000, but not the XR?
nice one !!! bro
Do you need to drain the tank of fuel before removal or can you take it off with fuel in it?
You can do it with fuel in it. Just heavier is all
Nice
When will stage 3 be ready for k67????
My bike runs great with stage 2 and the velocity stacks. However, my bike smelled like fuel after the first run. I figured maybe it was a breather that I forgot to connect but it wasn't. I tore the bike apart and there seems to be a leak where the velocity stacks meet the throttle body as the bottom of the air box is oily at the stacks. I looked it over closely and the velocity stacks are fully seated in the air box, and the velocity stacks are fully seated on the throttle body when installed. The stock stacks are rubber and the BT are aluminum which appears to be why they are leaking. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I missing something?
The breather sucks oil into the airbox. It pools with the rubber stacks. We have a solution for bikes that do this, as it’s only a few that do. Email us
Any dyno numbers on the s1000rr with stacks?
On our website
For the XR its different airbox
Has anybody that got them in there bike have any oil leaks
If the bike is leaking oil from the airbox, it means you don’t have a proper crankcase breather. It’s sucking oil into the airbox from the OEM crankcase hose. Seen this on completely stock bikes as well. Usually a bit of oil leaks from the breather hose when you pull it off the engine.
@@BT_Moto Currently having this issue now. Should I take it to the dealer? What do you recommend ?
