Interesting interviews. I bet she'd love my home region. Water, hills, mountains, a perfect location for a more Nordic Gal. Her & hers would be welcome. Trick is the gen pop distancing or isolation/privacy. Hills afford that, along with unrivalled total panoramic scenic view in the sunnier portions. On the water's a treat, but more weather & avain prone damage, plus Tsunami vulnerability.
A trick to environmental connections anywhere is body function & condition adaptative awareness. The air, wind, moisture, temp, weather, cleanliness, grounded with immune symptomatic combative herbs, spices, vits, supps. A fairly simple multilateral, multipurpose base. But I don't just mean a little fix, I indicate strength building & adversity triumphing affording irregular optimal vitalities in their modulations.
The dude. Understand that lucky gold. I use to have golden gloves on a necklace but people steal still when you drink. You must be weary of the doctors. They're not all your friends, especially if you're connected with finance they desire/need. Unethical but very true. Spinal associated sport specific, outside of actual skeletal, sounds more muscular, or musculoskeletal. Thoracic, lumbar most likely, multifidus perhaps(?), most likely interrelated with surrounding muscles. Easier fix than you think with experience. If from load bearing strain, you're looking at specific subtle contract motions to teach the muscle to contract strongly again along with passive stretches. I suggest Pete Egoscue as a 1st reference, but not my only. Some doctors will steal years from you if they can. Be careful & good luck.
