I wasn't a big fan of the sniper movie(s) Berringer made, but this looked like it was watchable. Hard to say, using a short video clip. 5/10 sounds close.
0 out of 10... not a "Barrett 50 cal", it's a 20mm, which despite being significantly larger than a 50 BMG, doesn't cause vans to explode when it hits their windshield. Lastly, every "sniper" kill in this scene is a compilation of what NOT to do for long distance marksmanship... this is what happens when people who get all their firerarm knowledge from video games think they can make action movies...

The nearest thing to a rifle-caliber explosive round is the .50 Raufoss round, and that goes off when striking a hard target like a vehicle or machinery. Anything else would require a larger round to be able to fit a fuse, and that fuse wouldn't react to things like humans. You might possibly be able to make it detonate at a pre-set range, but since they can't tell exactly how far away the shooter is, that'd be a crap-shoot as well. And the rifle Becket uses is the Chay-Tac Intervention. It fires a specific, made-for-the-gun .408 caliber, solid copper-nickel, bullet designed to maximize accuracy at extreme ranges. On their side they were using some kind of magical controlled detonation high explosive sniper round able to be fired from a typical rifle that explodes within +/- 1 foot of its intended target while still being MOA accurate to 1000 yards. Sure... okay...
I see you actually commented on the size in the description. I was about to say the same. This is definitely not a Barrret. Going by the sheer size of the gun I'd guess at 20mm Vulcan. So a weapon more like the Anzio 20mm.

After shooting the ground, which exploded like if it was jot by at least a 40mm grenade, the marksman shoots a couple of other shooters. We are not seeing any blood. A bullet of that caliber (without any explosive) would literally break the body in pieces covering all surrounding area with blood, but the visible effect is like a strikeball hit. But hitting a car instantly results in an explosion.

None of those guns "blow bodies into pieces" unless you get a direct head-shot and even that only blows out the 'back' due to the skull acting as a compression chamber for the forces at work. The "Bad Guy" in that scene is using a 20-30mm rifle which would indeed cause significantly more damage, but the only thing HE shot at was the car, nothing else.

That's more of a cannon. Also, colleagues dropping around them from big guns and they still didn't think about getting cover. These NPCs really needed an Ai patch 😀
