Splice the main brace. Very common wouldn’t have a clue.

What's the slang for a female captain who crashes her boat into a moored catamaran in Cairns harbour? I was a guest on MV Spoilsport. We were moored up ready to go home and a navy ship came in close to the berth in front. They past us and started to cut in but we could see the stern wasn't going to clear our bow. The sailors were all standing proud and then we heard "don't just stand there get the fenders over" sailors started running around but it was too late. No damage but you can imagine the shouts from our boat as the Captain came over to make inquiries and do whatever she had to do.

Shit story, no damage carry on. You were on a dive boat, enjoying your holiday, the naval vessel was probably returning from weeks away training or on exercises.
