Great to see that you’re using the Aroma Kit. I purchased one from your merch store. My sense of smell isn’t great, and I’m still really struggling to “smell” much less identify aroma notes. The aroma kit is definitely helpful. Awesome idea. 👍🏼👍🏼
I had a bottle of Hard Truth four grain bourbon and loved. I just recently stopped at a liquor store in Indiana and picked up a bottle of their sweet mash rye, single barrel, store pick, and it is fantastic. TonyB
I live about 30 miles from HT. The distillery only you mentioned is now available statewide. Its my least favorite. My favorite is the Wheated. As soon as I saw this was the topic, I went and grabbed my bottle so I could sip along with you. I can't wait for the distillery takeover!
I’m from Indiana and love Hard Truth Bourbons. If you like them, I think you’ll also enjoy West Fork in Westfield Indiana. The wheated bottled in bond and bloody butcher bottled in bond are fantastic!
I'm in Illinois and I definitely need to make a trip out to Hard Truth. In the meantime, I'll have to try these bottles and make a purchase...maybe some samples in the mail lol

I was just at the Distillery Sunday .The restaurant is excellent and so are the pours . I especially enjoyed the Sweet mash Rye and Px Sherry finished Rye.
I was told that I was “the victor.” Apparently not. ☹️. But at least I got a laugh out of it. Reminded me of the hilarious AIRPLANE movies back in the day. “What’s your vector, victor?”

The High Road Rye and the Four Gain Bourbon bottled in bond are great pours 🥃
Had the Snipes Double Oaked Rye and it was fantastic! Just picked up the Sweet Mash Rye and can't wait to crack it!!🥃🥃

@@Fatherrick1963 The Mellencamp was my least favorite. It just didn’t have any sweetness , more on the darker flavor profile.

I have loved everything I have had from Hard Truth EXCEPT their Sipes' Rum Finished Bourbon. That one is absolute trash.
I just had their rye not to long ago really good stuff.
