American Buttercream
250g Salted Butter
250g Icing Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
Few drops of blue food colour
You’ll need
- Print out of Dumbo taped and cutout
- Colour Mill food colour
- Edible Black Marker
- Edible Paint
- Fondant in grey, red, yellow, light blue, dark blue and White.
- Cake scraper
- Cake spatular
- Scalpel or a Sharp Knife
- Modelling tools
- Paint Brush
- Floral Wire
- Cling Wrap
- Cloud Cutters

Same ingredients as my normal macarons with the addition of cocoa powder. The filling is dark chocolate swiss meringue buttercream
