Olive Oil Almond Cake Recipe - Easy cake recipe for beginners - Only 6 ingredients!

Olive Oil Almond cake recipe is one of the easiest cakes to make and has only 6 ingredients! I used olive oil in place of butter and I also used Einkorn flour instead of all purpose flour The result is a fantastically moist and delicious cake that will make everyone think you are an expert baker! It is such an easy cake recipe for beginners.

Ingredients
200 grams (7 oz.) almond Flour
200 grams (7 oz.) sugar ( I prefer my cake a little less sweet so I used only 170 grams sugar and it was perfect!)
30 grams (1 oz.) all-purpose flour (I used all-purpose Einkorn flour)
100 grams (3.5 oz.) of a good quality olive oil
5 whole eggs - room temperature
2 Tbsp. orange zest ( If you want to enhance the orange flavor add 2 tbsp. of fresh orange juice as well - you can also use lemon zest in this recipe.

Any way to avoid the AP flour? Was hoping this was an only almond flour cake.
