2 years of swinging the dragon slayer, and it’s got only a few nicks and scratches along the edges. Adam really outdid himself on crafting this huge masterpiece of steel here!!😎
I'm actually most impressed by the black oxide layer that's still reasonably intact. It's not really intended to be a durable layer at all.
It did very well!!!
Though I need to redo it!
'Taps the sword'
"That PHM custom black oxide paint job will last through anything!"
Owner of the new heavy-weight dragonslayer. I also commissioned the Golden Age sword he's done destruction videos with. They're phenominal. All of his work is absolutely great and his eye for detail has only improved over the years.
You're the 324lb Dragonslayer guy?
Yep! I own it, and the Wyald Golden Age sword he did. i.imgur.com/WhFFRL5.jpg

Hello man you bought the real heavy one ? How are you going to display it ?
If your going against 2 people your kinda screwed but if you use a actual greatsword you can easily fend very unpractical even if you had super strength Because at that point you might as well use greatsword anyways it’s longer and faster
Hello! Thanks for commenting!
Welcome to the first and only real giant sword channel that uses actual sharp and hardened steel giant swords to train and do tests with!
However, I have probably answered or rebutted a comment like yours before and have decided to create this much more streamlined approach.
So if this does not answer your question, it’s probably close enough in my opinion. This is not meant to be rude, but I just don’t have enough time to answer all comments. Which I want to do! Mostly…
1. You are too slow, I’m gonna stab you! You can’t hit or recover fast enough.
Answer: When I first started I was slow, but I have become faster! In this video I simply drop the blade to show how much damage it can do through the power of gravity. I’ll be sure to have a better target next time. This video is old, unfortunately the only one going viral and does not give the best example. I recommend checking out my channel more in-depth.
Furthermore..
This video was not meant to say “I am the fastest ever, no weapon can touch me, you all suck!” Which appears to be what most are determined to interpret it as, or they are unhinged and upset by the video.
However, since this video I have become comfortable doing sprinting attack, running attacks, jump attacks and more. So my control of the weapon has increased and will continue to do so as I develop more training techniques.
This Short was actually a small part of a response video to Shadiversity when he decided to give giant swords a try. In the video, I had already been training for some time and I decided to test his ideas out. It was a good video, and having already been training with my giant sword since January 2022 I thought I could be the only one to test them out. Video link below, Anyways, my goals and training are about testing the human body and developing my giant sword techniques, Which I call the Colossus Form and then seeing how far I can go. I’m no anime character, and I have a lot of improvement ahead of me, but I am getting better all the time!

You guys should acually do two things make swords and reveiw them i neleive it would add alot to the channel
We have a few ideas coming to fruition. But I agree.
Be buried with it to mess with future archeologists.
How does it handle with what appears to be a completely cylindrical handle? A more oval/elliptical handle helps with edge alignment on "normal" swords, so how is the edge alignment on a colossal sword?
Lol. Solid idea!
It works well, I practice a lot and the weight that follows behind helps.
I also have developed techniques through my Colssosus sword style that set me up for edge alignment too.
@@DigitallyTwistedOutlaws1178 as quite the armchair scholar from self education by Shad, Skal, Metatron, Tom, and Matt, I know these things about edge alignment.
@@Echo_419 I like Metatron and Skalagrim. I'm still curious if Shad will ever respond directly to my video to him. Lol
@@DigitallyTwistedOutlaws1178 challenge him or Tyranth to a large sword duel!
Judging by the sheer Force this swords has in its swings, I think my Flamberge would be a terrible choice to use against it. The little inward curves of the flamed blade would be too good to catch the Dragonslayer and damage my flamberge.
That's a solid concern, that and the overwhelming weight of 48 pounds in motion!
Beautiful piece
Where can I buy one
altho it's not nececairly a slow acting weapon , it has a very limiting in your move set , . . and that is a thing with all objects with a lot of mass and an offset center of ballance
where can I buy this please
How much did this sword cost?
Bro good job!!!!! 2 years!!!
Thanks man!!!
It's been a ride!
the sword is 48 pounds correct? how heavy is the armor thingy?
I used to think this was cool and practical until I found out that the zwhiender is a thing

Even if you can''t convince people its a weapon you can fight with. Think of all the good animation data that can be referenced.
This guy needs thousands of likes and Views alike 🍀🍀✨✨✨
A few more is always appreciated!
Thank you.
There isn't much point into not sharpening a blade, if own any kind of blade you must know how to keep it sharp, but cool video dud
Subbed! I wanna train now with big swords! The question I ask tho is how freely can you control the sword now with 2 years of training?? Do still struggle to hold it up or can you handle it easily?
The technique stays with me, but not training regularly can quickly catch up to you. It's not as much of a struggle as when I started (I could barely move it around to store it) Now I can do sprint attacks with it.
@@DigitallyTwistedOutlaws1178100 swings a day, this is known.
"i have now owned this bad boy for six years I've been training with it for two years"
4 years of strength training to wield a dragonslayer, got it.
Meh, off and on.
Mostly it was just hanging out in a corner for 4 years.
Why is soldier boy walking around with the dragon slayer 💀
Genuine question here. If your goal is just to see the extent of the human body and whatnot, then why have you said on multiple occasions that swords like this are in fact practical (including your response to Shad)? Obviously when people talk about a sword being practical, they are talking about how effective it is in combat. So why have you consistently said that it's practical even though that's not the case or even what your goal is?
Because most people do not understand the meaning of the word practical. Or they are desperate or unhinged enough to abuse the meaning of the word and mix it up with efficient or effective in their arguments against me. You are doing the same. "Obviously when people talk about a sword being practical,"
You are abusing and misusing the word as well. Notice how I never said giant swords were the most effective or efficient? I can't claim because I don't know. I can claim they are dangerous, near impossible to block and are impact weapons that can cut or destroy even armored targets opponents. But nobody, including you, wants to talk about that because then you have to admit that giants swords are practical. Gatekeepers, let me tell ya. Lol
DEFINITION:
Practical: of or concerned with the actual doing or use of something rather than with theory and ideas.
"there are two obvious practical applications of the research"
So no, you are incorrect. It is practical and my Colossus Form continues to improve and you and the other naysayers will continue to see the results. I already have the footage and receipts on what can be done and measured improvement.
The other day I had my #1,000 "you are slow and you suck" message.
So I went out and I did a test and found out that when I don't control myself (I emphasize control first when training) I can move the dragonslayer faster than even I knew.
It's on my most recent Short.
16.5mph was my overall speed. The average human can only punch 15mph according to MMA studies.
So is that practical enough for you?
I want one. Lol but 20k is a little steep for me.
Griffith “a great weapon a bit much for me though”
It's extremely reliable.
now when you train with it you need to wear a black cape 😂
Lol.
That would get stuck on everything!
Maybe one day.

Can I get this sword for myself how much would it cost?
Check out PrettyHateMachining on Etsy.
@@DigitallyTwistedOutlaws1178 dang I was expecting like 1500 but its 20000 dollars!
@@David-sc5kf 1500 wouldn't even cover the materials 😁
@@PrettyHateMachining lol I bought a 1070 steel katana on mini katana for like 320 its pretty good quality but I heard 1095 is suppose to be some of the best steel (for katanas anyway) and it only cost like 600 on their website. So I figured this wouldn't cost much more unless it has better steel than 1095.I also found zweihanders selling for 3000 to 5000 which is a pretty big sword. I just don't know if it's worth 20k maybe 9k to 12k at the most I mean isint it just a big chunk of steel with a handle?
@@PrettyHateMachining also google says steel is 0.42 per pound and 0.42 x 324 is Only 136.08 dollars and it is supposed to be pure steel so why are the materials so expensive?
Its too big for anything practical......what good is it really?
