Glad to see you're getting time to do videos again. Always enjoy the mix of topics, locations and the K.I.S.S. style of riding. "Winging it".... I need to get a shirt!
I wrote a comment that seemed to disappear 🤔 I try again, probably both of them will popp up in a while, 😂 A lot of interesting things and fantastic initiative, animal rescue and mental health motorbike. Also the electric bike was interesting.
@ You have a tendency to have a lot of interesting good old friends around the globe 😊 So it didn’t surprise me that you were able to find some interesting people even there 😅
Didnt go for 3rd year running as u tube is a better experience thanks. I think it’s almost depressing the price of bikes and equipment. My friend bought an £800 helmet😮 and was chuffed! I think the market in the uk is in severe decline and the manufacturers know it and reflect their investment there, this show is half what it was years ago.
I go every year and i came away this year thinking why would I want to change my current bike for anything thats available at the moment as i didn't see anything that would give me more than i already have. It was also interesting to hear the Zero guy talking about Marc travels UA-cam channel as i have been watching him for ages and he says that Zero are not interested in his trip and when he has had issues they have given him no support whatsoever so i am sure he would be interested to hear they are using his trip to big up their bikes 🤔
Have to agree with you about the show . I went on the Tuesday and found myself getting bored after two hours. Lots of very expensive motorcycles, lifestyle clothing and accessories, and nothing really new or exciting. Mental health motorbike , A.R.E.O , and Austin Vince segments were great 😊
@leechurchman8515 thanks buddy! Great to hear you liked the segments. Do you think the Zero segment was too long? I did edit it down dramatically, but maybe I should have cut it down more?
@@aroundonabike5028 ideal length, was interesting to hear about the zero, I’m still not convinced about electric bikes . Thought the comments about ride length and needing the toilet were a bit ageist ( although true once you reach a certain age ) 🤣😂
Last bike show I went to was Earl's Court in 1976 or 77. Honda unveiled the CBX, Yamaha had Don Vesco's 303 mph land speed record bike & I saw Sheene's Rolls with BSR4 plate in the car park. Those were the days! At the show, how many times did people approach you thinking you were Henry Cole? 🙂
I havd not been to a show in years must say there is nothing there that interests me. know hope the Chinese brings more bikes here next year as looking on utube there are some great looking bikes like benda
@rlind6625 UA-cam has decided that my channel does no longer fulfil the requirements to support memberships. I've tried to get enough videos up the last few weeks to reach those requirements, but I've unfortunately been unsuccessful. If you want to continue to support the channel, you can do so via Patreon. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and will work hard to regain the level needed on UA-cam. Right now, it's not possible though.
Zero bike = NULL bike, as you go along, ride for an hour, charge 1h, ride 1h, charge 1h, ride 1h, … by the end of the day you‘ve successfully filled your belly beyond top level or read 2 books, but have barely ridden any relevant distance.

Austin Vince, absolute legend.
I’ve not been for years, but thanks to great people like you I don’t have to.
@OldManTony Thanks man! I guess someone has to take one for the team and physically go there. 🤘😆

@GiancarloBenzina not entirely true. You need to read up on the specs 😆🤘
