This home is more than just a residence; It is a refuge for those seeking peace, comfort and connection with nature. This house stands out amidst the natural landscape, its facade in a soft white tone, discreetly contrasting with the surrounding roof and wooden deck that add a touch of rusticity.
The gourmet area, with barbecue and table under the pergola, is the ideal place to enjoy meals al fresco, while admiring the panoramic views. The large balcony offers space to gather friends and family, sharing stories and laughter as the sun sets over the horizon. And we cannot forget the swing, an invitation to moments of contemplation or immersion in reading a good book.
At the entrance to the house, the large glass sliding doors not only invite you to enter but also flood the space with natural light, creating a feeling of luminosity and expansion. These doors, together with the glass door on the side of the house, not only facilitate natural lighting but also allow fresh air to circulate, creating an airy and revitalizing environment.
Upon entering, we are welcomed by an integrated space that brings together a large and complete kitchen, a dining room, a cozy living room, and an armchair next to the fireplace. This well-planned integration and functionality optimizes the available space, providing a perfect environment for welcoming friends and family.
The fluidity between these spaces creates a feeling of connection and conviviality, where each activity can be carried out without interruptions. It's the ideal place to cook while chatting with guests in the living room or to enjoy a family meal while enjoying the view of the house through the large glass door.
This integrated space is more than just a functional area; It is the heart of the home, where precious moments are shared and memories are created.
The rooms in this house were designed to offer comfort, functionality and unique style. Each of the three bedrooms has a good closet, ensuring that residents have ample space to store their clothes and personal belongings, keeping the environment organized. Double beds provide a comfortable rest after a long day, while the unique design of each room offers an individualized experience to its occupants.
I love how even with the open concept in the main area.. you've created a private nook for the living room. And I just love the added fireplace. This layout is just gorgeous! x

The shed roof over the bedroom area should be canted the other direction. So as not to drain into the vertical wall of the other roof and onto the deck. Otherwise, a beautiful design.
Je viens de découvrir votre chaine, et je la trouve géniale! Ce qui me plait le plus c’est la fin de vos vidéos lorsque vous montrez les containers vides, puis les plans sans rien et ensuite l’aménagement!

Priscila, what is the total square footage? Beautiful layout. Love the bedrooms having window to the backyard. I also noticed that the opposite wall to the TV has no windows to eliminate reflections. Well thought out. Bravo.

Your styling is amazing but there is a problem with the roof line, (at time stamp 8:31). The angle of the roof allows water to accumulated up against the wooden facade of second roof with no apparent drainage.

Does it is recommended for the Caribbean zone considering the high season atmosphere phenomenon such as hurricanes cat 5 & over? Having with anchoring well?
Very pretty. However the bedrooms, although bigger than most shipping container homes, are pretty small (bed barely fits) and there's no extra storage space, no electrical or laundry room.
На подобии моего будущего дома, только у меня терраса там где вырез в квадрате. Это гораздо лучше и быстрее построить, и терраса под крышей, ничего не мешает заходить в дом, ни дождь, ни снег.
