Beyonce said she about to PISSS off a whooooole buncha people
I love it 😂
Beyoncé is just that girl
I swear if we get visuals I’m literally passing out
I'm from Houston and there is a whole segment of black culture down here that's country/zydeco. They trail ride and do all that stuff. I'm really not into it much but I have friends that are so I am around it and that to me is just a black form of country with a touch of Louisiana.
Have more respect for your black culture and the true country singers
I can’t believe people don’t know that Black & country go together and have forever.
@MOOMOO2728 how was this comment disrespectful?
My granny definitely loved blue grass. She was from Nanafalia Alabama.
it's not country music. it's pop music with her wearing a stetson photos hopped on a horse😂. CHARLY PRIDE WAS A BLACK COUNTRY AND WESTERN SINGER FROM THE LATE 60'S THROUGH THE 90'S. HE'S CONSIDERED ROYALTY IN NASHVILLE AT THE GRAND OLE OPRY AND HE WAS THE REAL DEAL😂. YOUR WELCOME FOR THE LESSON😂
Are they going to stop saying country-inspired? Instead of just country?
I guess not. Because she claims she’s country and you’re mad because country inspired.
Nothing wrong with country inspired. she even said it isn't country. It's a Beyonce album. She'll incoporate country, r&b, soul and hip hop most likely. Maybe even electornic and rock.
Beyonce literally stated its not country. And then if u keep listening theres rap/pop tracks in there
@THEDOORIZCLOSED yea but it's still very country. I heard what sounded like rock song too. It's a great album.
@@AJ-mt9zt i heard some bits of rock but honestly this album isnt country at all. Its country-inspired. Ive never heard Josh Ritter or Bob Dylan rapping or mixing pop on their folk albums😂😂😂😂
People like genuine things and this ain’t it. Just more manufactured music with a banjo on it.
I love her for this America needs a taste of its own medicine
I loves how she confronts adversity head-on. True Queen.
I am not a huge bey fan but I liked the songs I heard today which were about 13. I haven’t made it through the album yet but I am looking at the lyric videos and I can appreciate them. I actually like these more than I liked the renaissance first listen.
I'm so ready for this. She can sing any genre and I'm just inspired as to WHY she did this album!
No, she cannot sing any genre.

I love you Beyonce! Thanks to you, I am starting to like country music, and I live in Europe!
WE ARE MUSIC 🎶
People need to stop trying to put people in boxes. I hope there is more and more crossovers and fusions of music genres. This album is good. Hip hop and rock crossovers are also amazing.
A country girl made a country album, and people are shocked and losing their minds! Y'all are ridiculous! 😂😂😂😂
People like Beyoncé…they are allowed to not like this album!
Wait till you all find out about the carters
I enjoy country music, and she has a lovely voice! I am excited for this album to drop. I remember when so many "country" artists were tacky to Olivia newton John, just for being an Aussie. This is gonna be a good record!!
Beyonce is about to shut this mf DOWN!!!
indeed!!
ABSOLUTELY.....NOTES rednecks 😒🙄😁😄😄😏
PERIODT ❤❤❤
Right
Yes, because of all you lame asses who follow her
She's worried about "Jolene" she needs to be worried about her husband's exposure 😂😂😂😂😂 because he's next 😂😂😂😂😂😂
An you're miserable!
then let's see how many people do her dance
❤
I dont see what the controversy is, I like the album, it is actually the first Beyonce album I liked in years. Well, break my soul was a pretty good song but she went trap for many years. So im glad she is experminting with other genres and leaving that god awful trap phase behind.
Anyone who doesn't like it guess what? You dont need to listen to it. Get over it.
CORRECT ✅️
It that simple!
100% correct also realize that she is not country and this is not country
It is that simple. And that's what happened with Renaissance. People didn't like it, so they didn't listen to it and the music didn't sell. That basically goes for any artist making music.....
Get over the fact people don’t like this album. They are allowed.
I'm just glad a woman of color is seizing the opportunity bring something both familiar and new to country music. Although I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of country music, but I appreciate music from Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, Conway Twitty, Dolly Parton, John Denver and Hank Williams just to name a few. To me, country songs are unique in their relatable stories and lyrics. So, I find it funny that an American woman (a Texan even!) is not allowed to relate or showcase to that part of her culture just because she's of a certain skin color? I just keep laughing. I can't wait for Beyoncé's album to top worldwide charts and prove these haters wrong.
There’s already women of color in country music. Js
Also her color and where she’s from has nothing to do with it. Some people don’t like her. Same as people not liking Taylor swift.
Internet culture. Everything is the " first". Charlie Pride folks. Learn it
Also, this album is objectively bad.
Where is jay z? How many kids have you recruited/ referred to diddys camp? How much do you get paid per a kid to stay hush hush?
I actually like the album. Mainly because its alot genres infused into some songs with a country inspired sound. It's definitely different and a "Beyonce" album❤
It’s not country it’s just another Beyonce album. The beehive is just like the swifties will like anything they make.
Exactly
Yes because the album is amazing. She said it's not a county album it's a Beyonce album. And she's breaking down people's ideas of what a genre is.
Artists will always have to deal w/ a lil' pushback whenever they decide to step outside of they comfort zone. Beyoncé Carter used to come prepackaged w/ a video and a step for every single song. She kinda switched up around the _Drunk in Love_ era. Her main fan base is the gxy community. During the late aughts, they expected a _Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)_ treatment. I believe she got tired of all that because she was getting older. She started doing "ratchet-styled" music. That was a major change for her fan base. Nah, she's doing country. My only question is, "Will the Beyhive support this movement?" We saw how they did w/ _Lemonade_ so we'll see. The hype around this project is pretty minimal. Puff Daddy done took all of the focus away from the rollout. It's still early so we shall see...
I think at this point, she is at the level where she can do whatever she wants as far as her artistry. All the backlash she received before for singing in this genre, just fueled her.
@@lala_in_tx But will the fans support it? Fan bases are tricky and fickle.
@@LaCheleWallace I think you have a fair point and a good question, my answer is I think we will, the Beyhive is not just any fanbase we've built a community for decades now, we travel across the world to see her and feel her energy, we use that energy in our own lives, we are here for anything she wants to explore, these are her roots, and again this is not a country album this is a Beyoncé album, she'll deliver and we are here for it.
I cannot stop listening to LEVIIS JEANS
We can agree it will drop Ear worms
Just like rock and roll.. black people creation.
Yes.. black people pretty much created American Music!
EVERYTHING EXCEPT HEAVY METAL WHICH WAS BORN OUT OF THE BLUES BUT IT'S OUR THING NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT POP/HIP-HOP LIP SYNCHING NO TALENT BULLSHIT SO YEAH......
😂😂you dreaming
@silkoakranchpitchforkranch1205 one thing I've learned about kids today through these comments is that there's a lot of fucking idiots in this country lmao!
@@silkoakranchpitchforkranch1205 are you stupid or something 😀. you must ride the short bus to school what a choad lmao!
You can’t stop Beyoncé!!!!!!
Awesome Album- her best ever!!! I’m a southern black woman…waited for this music from her for a LIFETIME‼️ BTW, Don’t let “others” box you into any one musical genre…YOU ARE A COLLECTIVE!
Ohh look, Beyoncé is already dressed up for Halloween.
She said out of hear own mouth that it’s not country, it was inspired by country. So not the same. I listened to it. Most of the songs I don’t like. People need to give their true opinions on it. Not just say they love it because they love her
TL;DW - beyonce is making a country album. a half dozen weirdos do not want her to make a country album.
there is no "controversy".. this is clickbait
Go and give Tanner Adell recognition
Is no one watching how people in r&b and pop are coming out against Beyonce’? Accusing her and jayzee of stealing songs and ruining other peoples careers?? Even making them sign nda’s!!!
I have nothing against any artist expressing themselves. I loved me some Tina Turner; but her country album kind of sucked. Even elton John’s country album was less than desirable.
Its not about people not wanting black artist in country. However there are those of us who like to keep it wholesome.
Huge fan of Charlie Pride and Darius Rucker’s-well( they represent wholesome).
But country music is dying because people have no morals anymore. In 5 years beyonce and jayzee will have done away with country music altogether; they aren’t artist they are sharks .
And beyonce’s version of Jolene- the lyrics are just ghetto.
Most people who reject country also reject God and good nature toward humanity.
Think what you want about country music but is not racist. It about God, forgiveness, family.
#countrymusicisdead
Please don’t bring freak off party to the country music 😅😅😅
Just listened to Jolene. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Negative comments are being deleted…interesting.
These people create the controversy by talking about race all the time. Maybe people just don’t like your music. It doesn’t have anything to do with your skin!!!
Outta 27 songs...she bound to get at least one award huh?
Kinda weird and scary that Beyoncé is always takes picture of her seating on one the 4 horsemen.. White, Red, Black & Pale..
How does the silver horse fit into your theory? And where is the red horse?
I have loved Linda Martell’s "color him father", it feels so good to hear her name again. Thank you Beyonce for great album and for a little history and knowledge instilled in the process. Just like traveling and reading books, it all turns us into better people 🐚✨
And Beyoncé saw it coming and went like...
"😮💨...
...yeah...let me put a rap song on a country music album...🍝... whatever...."
"SPAGHETTII" from Cowboy Carter
(feat. Shaboozey)
"Genres are a funny little concept, aren't they?
Yes they are
That Beyoncé Virgo shit
In theory, they have a simple definition that's easy to understand
But in practice, well, some may feel confined"
She literally said it’s not a country album.
Problem is, Beyonce sings well, but the song is lyrically lazy. It was written by a comittee, not by the artist. It also suffers from what most pop songs suffer from [and most country music now] is a lack of source material and hasn't anything to bounce itself off of. Country music often is a folk music of sorts, and talks about people, places, n ya it throws out brand names, but the brands are central to the identity. MOdern country has suffered a lot due to being cliche. Beyonce's work here is not just cliche, it's cringe cliche because it pokes fun at the cliche and then recreates it in an uninteresting way. It's also due to a distinct lack of verbal cue: she doesn't sound country, never lived rurally and never had much of a connection to that music in the first place.
Bro, there are already black people who sing country, she isn't special.
Cowboys originated in Florida. I don’t understand these fools! Art is art!
Cowboy culture originate from Indigenous people long before Florida was even thought of.
So only blacks are allowed to comment on this story on ABC?
Beyoncé always making Houston big. N y’all don’t want to get into some good music
Her last desperate album attempt Lemonade was a flop and now she's trying to insert herself and ruin country music.
I'm not a fan at all, but I respect what she's doing ✌🏾. Truth is Black music is the foundation of more than people know. And cowboys were traditionally Mexican and Black, so Whi** people need to relax & READ A BOOK ✌🏾😉
Truth is you don't know.... You were not there and neither was she. Anyone can make up anything. Have a nice day.
@@TunaLoungeit's pretty obvious that our society has been heavily influenced by black culture, especially when it comes to music.
I know all sorts of historical events that have occurred with out me personally being around to experience them. I'm pretty sure most people are aware of this. Countey music was highly influenced by black culture. Johnny Cash and Hank Williams were influenced by artists like Leslie Riddle and Roofis "Tee-Tot" Payne. Even Elvis was 'borrowing' from black blues performers.
You said it, my friend!!! In fact, I recently saw this thing on Facebook that the word cowboy was actually more like a racial slur back in the old west. The "cowboy" was actually like the slave of the rancher. I don't remember what historical facts page I saw it on, so I'm just trying to quote briefly what I read. And if you look at my last name, Vaquera it translates to cowgirl/cowboy when you say it in Spanish.
@@TunaLoungeNo one was there in this forum when Christopher Columbus came. How do we really know he ever stepped foot in America? Geez.
Beyonce is not country. Country will not support Beyonce. Country is not about foul language, backup dancers and strippers. It is about good ole American lifestyle, authenticity and living.
🤩🤩🤩👌👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊👋👋
If she is country, then I am the greatest rapper in the world. She needs to stay in her own genre. As a Texan I will never acknowledge her as a country music singer.
What Rapper is Next ,Lil Wayne And Drake Dropping A Country Album.
Its too commerical. I think it makes her look like a money grubber. Especially since she doesn't donate or give back to the community. Her concert tickets are outrageous. I know she's the queen but the kind of queen I think she is reminds me of the french queen that said "let them eat cake to her starving people" just my 2 cents.
now she's gonna win all the country grammy"s😂😂😂😂
Whats wrong with all this nonsense. Really, with all the REAL issues we got like semiautomatic assault weapon in our schools, this is what journalism is concerned with, it’s ridiculous, 2024 and were still fighting race wars. Let the Bay Queen sing this dam country music. Get over it country music dam
But she isn't singing country. She has taken a classic song by Dolly Pardon and turned it into a mixture of R&B and Black pop. That's not country. That's being disrespectful to real country music artists. There are blacks in country, and they sing country and don't put R&B and Black pop into it. I love Darius Rucker's music he sings country. Her new album is terrible and in no way shape or form is it country.
@@debbiestevens7278 Good Friday, I’m not a music expert, im just saying whatever, let her sing, and shut up. They’re trying to cancel, just complaining over some nonsense. Let the Bay sing, dam.,.
Have a great day!
@@iadiramorales68 She shouldn't be allowed to to take great country classics and trash them. Yes, I heard her lousy album. It's trash. Plus, the fact her image of barely wearing clothes isn't the style country wants or needs.
@@debbiestevens7278stop the hate, stop the racism, stop with all this division, state your opinion but do you have to be so disrespectful are you perfect are you a saint why do you judge when YOU walk so imperfectly
I'll say this: I'm not a fan but she's a genius businesswoman because it doesn't matter whether the music is good or not because everyone in the country is talking about it especially people who don't like her so she wins either way i respect that about her but her music is garbage to me at least
Oh my gosh had nothing to do with being black
Then what is it?
Right. It does however have everything to with her changing genres trying to find a new fan base after her fans moved on... because she refused to make the music they liked. She's also trying to win an Album Of The Year grammy. If she doesn't win AOTY for going Country, she'll put out a children's album. Then, Bali. Then, Gospel. House again. Classical.... Big clown moves.... Wish I could find a way to block her name.
@@LeahsMoods so artists can’t do something new she’s done country before so I’m confused on how she is genre jumping when she’s done it before
@@gregoryjeanbaptiste8055 I appreciate your question. I do believe I answered it already, though... :) 1 song is not an album. Dipping into Country with a song long ago and doing a full length Country album now in an attempt to crossover and gain a new fan base and AOTY are 2 different things. Her retarded try hard white washed Country Western cosplay and hanging around Taylor Swift is an attempt to take over Country and win Album Of The Year - because she can't do it in R&B at this point. It won't work. I'm still trying to find a way to block this irritating clown from my feed.
duh some people don’t like her. There’s literally many black country artists already. Some act like she’s the first. Also it’s not country per her own words
When a white person sang Soul/Disco or Rap, they didn't get this much push-back.
Exactly, nobody owns a damn genre of music. The entitlement of people never ceases to amaze me.
Talent is talent regardless of skin color. It's shameful that people are bringing race into the conversation.
Criticism is also color blind. It's a shame these panelists assume it as an attack on her skin color. They're just manufacturing controversy through the lens of CRT.
Beyonce has shown she is creative and she can cross genres, and I applaud her for that.
But I can read between the lines and see that these people celebrate her blackness over her talents.
CRT is a boogeyman invention that was only popularized a few years ago. Get real.
Certain group of people crying about her getting into country like ...GENTRIFICATION 🤣🤣🤣🤣😆😆😆
BEYONCE CAN DO WHATEVER THE HECK SHE WANTS AND SHE WILL DOMINATE AND ANNIHILATE THE HATERS!!! STOP HATING... CONGRATULATE!!! BEY SHOW'EM HOW IT'S DONE HONEY... BZZZZZZ!!!!!!! 😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
I bet she bout to learn today no she can’t. Not and get the response she wanted
Beyonce re-defining culture like a BOSS!
yeah right I think it's hilarious you actually believe that😂
your welome
It’s a 10/10
It's music. Why are these media guys drumming up controversy? Why the bring up her color? I do like that she is from Texas but that shouldn't matter either.
But is “red cup kisses sweet redemption” some kind of Toby Keith comment? That wouldn’t be nice.
who fucking cares😂
White or Black. What us she anyway
The music singer who speaks against Ms B's hair beads, 1st did U make the beads? Since Adam& Eve we all copy. Let's get along in the sandbox. 🙏🏼
TRAAASSSSHHHH
I never saw a more narcissistic singer in my life. She thinks being rich makes her perfect at everything. That's what happens when you are surrounded by people paid to build your ego everyday
No wonder she switched to Country Music. She needs a fresh group of artists to copy from.
This album has like 20 tracks, which means it’s overkill and she’s trying too hard to win an AOTY. She’s collaborated with Miley Cyrus to make a big hit. She reeks desperation at this point.
Of course it's an all black reporters giving the news. 😐😐😐
Nuff said
Im so over beyonce ...is she the only black entertainer why aren't others getting their flowers who can real sang
But you took the time to click the video, watch and comment. Many people get recognition but seeing that she's one of the greatest of all time she gets her well DESERVED attention. Just as you proved by being here. God bless
Love her hate the album
She might go down as the greatest artist to ever live.
This is so phony.
Beyonce's worst album to date. It's a no from me and i listened to it twice
