Another fun episode my friend!!!!! Happy Halloween!!!!🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃
From the bottom of Vincent and Jodi’s hearts , we thank you!
I just scored a 61 Halco Frankenstein complete costume with box!
Nice get! Those are tough to find!!
I had one of the Halco Frankenstein masks (sold without the costume) around 1963 and the sculpt seemed to be taken from the life cast of Glen Strange in makeup for Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein. I foolishly cut it up in an attempt to make my I own Frankenstein headpiece and lost the pieces, though I did make a plaster of paris mold of it-- also lost.
You had one in 1963?? Wow! That’s awesome!!! Yeah they used the Glenn Strange as a template for a lot of monster kid toys ! I love your story about the head piece though. That’s great! I also dabbled in making my own monster makeup! It’s funny you mention Abbot and Costello meet Frankenstein as Halco also made a Wolf Man costume in 1963 and that was clearly based on A&C meet Frankenstein!
👍🎃
Frankenstein eh?
Yeah, I have a few. 🎃
@@doctordurantssanctum1977 Well, keep at it, slugger, someday that's going to be an impressive collection (tussles hair way too aggressively)
@@BrickMantooth Aw shucks!

@@BlackAdder1970 same my friend! I loved them too!
@@doctordurantssanctum1977 I was born in 1970. So I was kinda in that era
@@BlackAdder1970 I’m from that era as well! It was a great time to be a Monster Kid!
@doctordurantssanctum1977 Most definitely!
I still have my Remco Monsters, but sadly, not the monsterizer.
