Caste means race. Varna system is integral part of Hinduism
Caste is a cultural construct. Not a religious one. That is why, all Indians, even Muslims who deny everything in Hinduism, recognise caste.
Every community had hierarchy and oppression based on that hierarchy. The extreme case was that of slavery.

Besides caste system or whatever one wants to call it, the fact is that birth based discrimination does exist in Hinduism. One example of this would be chandogya upanishad where it says an evil doer is born as dog or pig or ‘chandal’. Such a verse would clearly lead people to unjustly discriminate against chandals. This practice of discrimination can definitely harm society but I would be very interested to know how does a Muslim woman who wants to be more modest by covering her hair harm society?

All that you guys pointed out are definitely true and there is absolutely no debate about it, but I think wave particle duality is still a quantum phenomemon. Though the word 'quantum' means a small packet of discreteness (like you pointed out electrons can take discrete energies), but quantum mechanics in general is not just about it. It is basically everything that follows certain sets of laws and all that can be called quantum. There are even examples of continous energy in quantum systems. If you let an electron move freely (without trapping it in a well or a box), it would have continous energy. There is no discreteness, but it is still quantum. This is because we are still solving the Schrodinger's equation. But yeah, this technicality in no way affects what you really wanted to point out, i.e, the pseduoscientific nature of that guy with the beard.

Buddhism contains caste system and they introduced it to eastern countries. Japanese were themselves following feudal system where monks were regarded higher and samurai was 2nd highest caste. Ninjas were considered lower caste and burakumin were regarded Iower caste. Caste system in Japan was abolished after the meiji restoration.
Navyana buddhism contains no caste system and you can easily find movements and sects within Hinduism that doesn't contain caste system like navyana buddhism

Bro about the caste system you guys are both wrong. The verse is in bhagavat gita chapter 4 verse 13. Where krishna says that varnas are assigned to person with their qualities and doings. Initially how varnas were functioning was no child was assigned any varna until he learned to do something for example any profession. Brahmin - scholar of sacred texts and a person who conducts rituals in a temple, khatriya - kings/military, vaishya - trader, shudra - daily wage labourer. A shudra can become a Brahmin If the person goes through Brahmacharya. How varna became caste is due to the following reasons. First reason is because the Brahmins used the sacred texts to make themselves superior. No other can question them because others don't know about the scriptures. There were many other brahmins in the past who were against this. The second reason is because in the past people used to teach their child their profession so this kept on for generations so it sort of became like a fixed thing. Another reason is because Britishers fixed the caste of a person in their birth certificate. And there were no things like untouchables in any hindu scripture. They only came during British era. The problem we can't change back is because people don't read the scriptures 90% of hindus don't know their scriptures. And i don't think caste system is still widely practiced anymore may be in some remote villages. You are simply ignorant. You say that your channel is for pointing out pseudoscience but here in the video you are targeting Hinduism. I don't thing varna system has anything to do with pseudoscience or science. In 12:165 it is saying about how a king should take care of the expenses of the sacrifice done by the Brahmans i don't see any problem in this because it says that take money from those who don't perform Charity and then give it to the brahmins. Because brahmins did not have source of income. And in 13:135 a Brahmin is restricted to take food from shudra because shudras used to consume meat. Or they used to get their earnings by wrong doings(not everyone but most) so taking food from them is not considered good. I hope i read the correct verse if not please inform.
