The problem is you spent so much more money on your CPU than your GPU. Your CPU is two times more expensive than your GPU, which is really bad for performance. Better GPU can get you much more performance then better CPU. You could have gone with an i3 12100f and you could just use the stock CPU cooler and save tons of money to upgrade the GPU. In 2022, you should at least get the GTX 1660 Ti, but with the money saved, I think you could go for RTX 2060 or even higher. (Unless your country's pricing is super super weird...)
Upgrading to GTX 1660 Ti from GTX 1650 could get you at least 75% better performance whereas upgrading to i7 from i3 is only about 15%... Not to mention 1660 Ti is the cheapest option you could get. With RTX 2060 or higher, the performance boost is even better.

@@ArunreaseySann As I see it,the gaming PC Should build with the powerful graphics card not the CPU,If I have 1200 dollars to build my pc I will choice 12400f with 3060ti even 3070 that supposed be better than 12700k with 1650

A 5600 with a 6600xt is $700~ and it's equivelant to a 12400f and better then a 2070 super.

12700KF GTX 1650 takmak ve o soğutucu ile 12700K 12400F yukarı kullanamazsın. 12700KF DDR5 geçmemekte saçma. 12700KF bende kullanıyorum 6700 XT ile DDR5 32 ram ile Noctua D15 tam yük altında işlemciyi 83 C oluyor. GTX 1650 almak ise en büyük saçmalık olmuş bence.
12700KF bir sistem en kötü böyle olur. 2K destekli bir ekran kartı takılır.
En kötü 6600 XT 3060 veya 3060 TI takılır veya benim gibi RX 6700 XT takılır.
