Roadcraft, Learn With the Law: A 1960s Police Driver Training Programme C1962, 1960s F741

An interesting film about how the metropolitan police were trained to drive using the "Roadcraft" method back in 1962. It draws on the work of the Metropolitan Police Driving School.
I guess some of the basic principles have not changed that much, but it is facsinating to see the level of equipement available over 60 years ago!

It would be nice to see the film brought up todate, to show todays road conditions and car advancement

This sort of film was shown on a Saturday morning on the T V, although I was too young to drive at the time, I always found them interesting , if brought up to date , these should be used to save lives !!! 🚓🚓🚓
