O2 sensor heater handling changed from Cali version 99/00 to 2001. Source: grafted 2001 motor with harness into a 99. If I remember right on the earlier ones the heaters got turned on through a relay in the under hood pdu. The later ones give path to ground through the pcm so it can detect current. The o2 sensors have different connectors too. 01 as far as I know was all the Cali style cats in the Down pipe. The 99-2000 non Cali (federal) had only a single post downpipe cat and 2 o2 sensors. All this will affect what pcm will work on it.
Got my hoodie. Absolutely love it. Haven’t had the chance to wear it outside the house though. It’s good quality, just wish I could have picked the color of the head and writing
Doug, because of you, I bought a really good condition WJ as a daily when I got tired of running my 2wd 1998 Ranger on badly maintained country roads now that I bought a house. I thought that I'd just beat on the WJ without worries until it dies, but I absolutely fallen in love with it! My question is: when it's really done for, is there any later Grand Cherokee close to giving the same feeling in your opinion? BTW Comanche and Dakota tail lights are extremely similar but non interchangeable!
I really have been wanting to get some tow hooks, the yards I’ve been to all have laredos and the only one that had hooks were instantly gone off a 03 overland
What frame? They were unibody LOL. Its just a Jeep Cherokee with a modified cross unibody under the bed. Kind of an interesting setup that AMC had when they build the Comanche pickups. I'd love a Comanche, they're ridiculously priced when you find them for sale and fully operational.
99.9%, maybe, but definitely not 100%! I, for one, don't believe you are an idiot, sir. I have learned quite a bit from you, and not just how *not* to do thing, either. You certainly couldn't say that about an idiot! ...or maybe you could; what do I know? I'm just another idiot in the UA-cam comments feed. LoL 😂

Always love a Pick-n-Pull run. The ecu's in the Jeeps at my Pick-n-Pull are always gone. Electric cars suck and I work for Jeep

Crazy I had a dream last night of that year Camaro as I owned three before. Got my 4.0 hoodie and love it! No comments about it just yet though.

I'd love to get a Comanche pickup, I've always loved them. I want one with the Selec-Trac 4WD though, which seems more of a rare option.

She's in Marcy NY if you happen to be local
Love your vids
Who was the stranger in the video Douglas?I believe you referred to him as "ERIC"..😁😁
If I had the cash and was at that junkyard, I would be buying that whole Comanche frame

@ you are correct it is a unibody, but I would’ve still bought a whole thing just cause I love them and would’ve put it on the road

See... What'd I tell ya?... Only an idiot wouldn't catch the missing "s" in "...and not just how *not* to do thing*s*".
I had a 1st gen dakota. Donated it to kars4kids...
