      Thank you! I agree, I felt very strong in the intervals and felt like I was in control which I don’t usually feel at those speeds, at times it almost felt like a steady run instead of hard intervals

    Patrick that is impressive progress! I like the sessions that you are doing. What total mileage are you running per week?

      Thank you very much! Yes, I feel like I am in the best shape of my life, and that I’m ready to get big PBs in the seconds ahead. These 600m sessions have gone according to plan, and I’ve really enjoyed the gradual progression over the last few weeks, and think it has helped me to deal with faster speeds better. I hope you’re finding the videos informative too!
      Over the last 2 or so weeks, I’ve decided to cut my volume from about 55/60 miles a week to about 45 miles, as my focus is now on the 800m and developing my raw speed and speed endurance. All my workouts are put up on Strava also, so feel free to have a look at my activities there
