To be honest, while she wad living in NY in the late 80's it seemed as though Nelson was one of the very few people who truly cared about Christina. The others appear to be more mocking of her or not really as close of friends. She was kust there in their crowd kind of aimlessly existing as a living party decoration. Nelson repeatedly made efforts to hangout with her or take her places without any worry of what people might think or say. He even took her out as his date for New Year's one time. This is part of what made Nelson such a great person.
Rewatching Nelson's videos, I defiantly agree he seemed to be one of her only true friends.
Its truly sad how the others bullied her. Even after her death one of them wrote badly in a blog post about her.

Nelson is an icon not just for his videos but for the way he made every single person feel special I love the way he was with Christina and I love the way Christina felt safe with Nelson.
I wonder what ever happened to all of Christana’s treasures and outfits, she decorated her apartment so beautifully with such artistic things that were so Andy Warhol New York glam. She deserves her own documentary or movie. She really is a superstar. 🌟

What do we know about Nelson's? funeral.Was there an autopsy? Was there a funeral??His tombstone can be found on ' find a grave'. After his passing, his brownstone was rented out to Rupaul, Lahoma & a third person for $1,500 per month.

I'm not surprised she eventually attacked someone. If it wasn't for nelson and 2 to 3 others she would of been ridiculed verbally assaulted and who knows what else. Everyone treated her like shit and talked behind her back and to her face. Most of that crowd seemed to be pompous self centered p.o.s
