May we soon celebrate true love. Did anyone see how in the season ending, E and L were riding off together--- not away from one another-? Could this mean that they are on the same path/direction in life. L and E had love yes, but their lives took different paths. Not denying love between them. To do that would be unfair. I respect E and L and both deserve to have a partner be on the same path. If I could+- I'd hug N and say hang on man. I'd hug L and say hang on man. I have hope for both men that we may see them on the path of lasting love. Have hope Hope Valley is gonna bring us ❤! Cheers to a light-hearted, joyful season to come. So many more wonderful stories to come from these characters. Hats off to Henry for listening to Elizabeth and helping her in the barn. That was wonderous acting. Henry is indeed a cool guy. Yes a wild ride . She was so mean to Nathan at times . I hope she will marry Nathan. In the end . Seems like she always did love him . She says she just did not want to go thru the same thing again . And Lucas was such a good person. Too. That is why this is so hard . But the end result is she needs to marry who she really loves . I love the way neither one of them get really mad when she messes with them . They both just tell her I just want you to be happy . They kept this going for so long . I hope it ends and she Marries Nathan now and get this triangle over forever . And don’t bring Jack back . Then it will really get complicated .

I never finished the horrible ending episode after she gave Nathan up!! I got hooked on Ms. Scarlet and the Duke and some others! Are the past two seasons even worth watching? In fact I haven’t watched Hallmark!
I saw somewhere that they thought krakow had this in mind all along, but I think it probably evolved from that horrible season ending and repercussions from it!

If you are a Lucabeth Fan I'm sorry for your dissapointment I was Team Lucabeth too to begin with But I think Elizabeth held Him back from being the brilliant character he is i agree with Aunt Agatha he was made for a bigger stage. that is why I became team Nathan after season 7 Nathan is more hometown so Elizabeth woulden't hold him back wheras Lucas is more of a Big Picture inteligent creator who was tied to just being Elizabeth's boyfriend/fiancee in seasons 8&9 I think the writer was very perceptive and true to the characters especially of Lucas's character. but totally understand if you don't want to watch any more. I think this season was a bit of a marmite season you either loved it or hated it, I loved it But i can understand why some people hated it too.
There has been lots of twist and turns of this story! But the real theme still is about 2 noble professions who makes a difference in a small town and community that is caring and forgiving ..embrace 2nd chances!..Everyone in this community including Lucas has a role and helped too in making storyline intriguing and interesting!!both have good qualities to offer to Elizabeth..however its her heart that will have to be truest to find her true love and remain in Hope Valley ..❤ N& E for me and for Grant family - Allie & Lil Jack 😊
I was a L&E fan. When they broke up I went back and watched each relationship objectively. I realized it was always meant to be E&N and would have been if Elizabeth hadn’t let fear effect her decision. Lucas was safe but not her forever. Now I like E&E and am looking forward to a real love story for Lucas.

I'm sorry for your dissapointment I was Team Lucabeth too to begin with But I think Elizabeth held Him back from being the brilliant character he is i agree with Aunt Agatha he was made for a bigger stage. as for Elizabeth seeing Jack in Nathan due to PTSD i agree she may have been doing that in season 8 but after 4 years of friendship with him I really doubt that that is Valid anymore, she's had so much time to see him as his own characater in and out of uniform. and he is very different to Jack in Many ways, he's much more quiet and unassuming with better manners than jack had when he first met Elizabeth, he is a single parent too and doesn't originally want a dog, he's more deeply sensetive to things too, less lighthearted than jack, jack was fun and intellegent but he also put his job above Elizabeth becuase for Him it was a calling, Nathn's Calling is to be a Protector and a Father, And if being a mountie got in the way of that he would give it up, we see this twice portrayed, once when he gave up his promotion so Allie could have a stable enviroment to grow up in and secondly when he said he would Quit the mounties for Elizabeth. He is not the Same as Jack And Elizabeth KNOWS IT!

She knows he is not Jack,we have that evidence when she is visiting Jack's grave and what she says,she knows who is who.Her problem is that she is afraid to lose him in the line of duty like Jack.
