If they take 30 minutes per charge at 27 charges what is 13 and 1/2 hours I don't know why they're complaining about how long they're deliberating 427 charges they have to put on the table find the evidence that they were given and then vote. I believe they're going to come back guilty on all counts and I thank God that that's third defendant the guy that's not related to them have his video camera out and was videotaping because we would not have any evidence that could convey all three of them if he did not videotape it I'm so happy he videotaped it! Thank God he had his camera that day because those guys could lie about what really happened they were hunting him down like I was standing in the back of the truck like you were hunting wild pigs. Thank God he had his video camera I hope that you read us the right thing returns guilty verdicts on all three of them and they rot in prison like the scumbags they are! In my opinion and had absolutely nothing to do with race and had everything to do with them wanting to be Vigilantes and wanting to blame somebody for something I believe had it been a white person running they would have left it alone but because he was black they went after him but I do not think the jury is going to take race into consideration which they should not legally they should not take it into consideration they should take into consideration the facts the facts are they had no right to approach him he was under no obligation to stop for them. He was not coming a crime at all that they had ever seen out of the months and months and months that they talked about they had never once seen him commit a crime anything other than trespassing which is at most at most a misdemeanor ignorance of the law is no excuse you cannot arrest somebody for a misdemeanor if its citizens arrest it has to be a felony ignorance of the law is no excuse they had no right to go up to him he was under no obligation to stop for them they forced him off of the road the third guy kid by overshooting the road and forcing him into a ditch he had to run into a ditch he wasn't hit by the second truck they all need to be in prison for life! I hope they come to guilty verdicts on all 27 charges for those three scumbags for killing an unarmed innocent man running down the street. How many people have gone to a new subdivision that they're building in someone's neighborhood and the people go into the subdivision and walk around the new houses being built? I know I have you see a new subdivision being built you see houses on your road that people are building and you go into the house to look and see what they're doing I know people have done it thousands of times you have a house that's being built on a vacant lot on your street or someone is redoing the house and it's totally open and there's nothing in it and they're just remodeling the whole thing people go in there it's trespassing it's not a big deal even the cop was played in court the video that was played in court they said don't go after him call the landlord have the landlord or the owner of the property tell him not to come back call the police will give him a trespass warning they went after him and killed him like they were hunting a wild pig and for that all three need to be in prison for life the second vehicle absolutely impeded his ability to get away

@@dr1flush ya but did Travis really do a citizens arrest? He was waiting at the end of the road. It seems like Arbery had a ton of time and room to run somewhere other than to charge Travis. Especially since he wasn't at risk of being killed since they could have killed him much earlier. You could argue Arbery was feeling trapped because Bryan tried to stop him. But Travis did not ask him to do that. Theres no proof anyway which the burden is on the state. It doesn't help the prosecution that Travis has a history of good character and his testimony seemed not of a white supremacist but more of a empathetic & normal man, with resting white supremacist face.

Ppl can't help but to put race into this. I see a similar result if it was a white guy. If everything happened exactly the same I see no different outcome. Those who only see race need to think about that. Everything that happens isn't about race.

Kind of hard not to bring race into this due to America’s racist history of hanging and shooting black people whom might pass through their town less alone their neighborhood. Travis did say the words “Fing N word “ to Ahmaud as he laid dead from the shotgun blast on the ground.

The problem is that these are not professional jury's. These are average Joe's that have no idea what they are doing. None.
This isn't the movie, 12 angry men.
Average Joe's have no idea how to put evidence together. They get easily bullied by a confident juror.
I once did a mock jury bc they paid 200 bucks. There was one juror that was taking it very seriously and very loud and confrontational. I just wanted to get out of there so I just went with the majority. I could not care less!!! In hind sight, I think she was a mole, put there to see how much she could sway the rest of the jury. And it worked! Most of the jurors just wanted to get home and didn't care as much as she did.

If the 3 defendants had been police officers who were only patrolling though the neighborhood tried to stop Arbery based on the video they saw of him in the house he fought back like he did with the McMichael's he was killed there would be no charges filed. The entire case would be "Arbery tried to take the officers gun". I was once on a jury one woman held out she would not budge most on the jury were really angry at her. She just said couldn't do it it was a hung jury. The DA charged the guy again next week I was glad it was over.
