Unfortunately this happens all over the US. In one case the cops raided the wrong house and a baby was injured. In another case cops raided the wrong house and shot a man who was paralyzed. The videos are all over UA-cam and you can easily do a search on Google and find tons of examples. Its really sad and embarrassing that this happens in America.

Wow, if I ever heard of a story of gross use of power by law enforcement officers this story has to take the cake, plus five more. These officers should be on death row for the murder of this old woman, along with their extreme abuse of the authority they have been given by the people. Hell, the aggravating circumstance of this mess of criminal behavior is their abuse of power.
Why is not the public not surprised with the investigation that your agency did? The corruption in police departments is higher than the public could even imagine!
End qualified immunity, asset forfeture and the drug war as all of it has failed. Take that money and put it towards helping the people who have been affected by drugs and the drug war, as in take away the customer base and the business will fail. At least put the money to good use or quit waisting it on bad incentives that are costing innocent people their lives and livelihood.
