Bacon Wrapped Dates

Nueske’s!! I knew this guy was good but how did he know to use Nueske’s!? I’ll be making these for an appetizer for the Super Bowl this Sunday. Just happen to have my last 12oz pack of Nueske’s bacon in the freezer.

just wrap the bacon in the date and pop in the oven. No need to saute in honey or add almonds. The combo of the date and bacon is a heavenly mix of sweet and salty and fat. A perfect appetizer that your guests will love.

poker slob - Yeah, I thought the same thing. Adding a sweet sauce to dates is a sure fire way to diabetes. But then I thought maybe he's using fresh dates that might not be as sweet.
