Actually, there is turtles and dolphins in GTA San Andreas too, along with different kind of fish. And if you shoot them, they might just disappear like they were never there. But also, in the lake near the airport of Los Santos, you can see that there is a fish. And if you plant explosive inside that lake and explode that fish, it will knock it out of the water, making it swim in the air. And later, you can even shoot it, to make it fly even higher. But, this glitch was fixed in the later versions of the game. So, if you do it, then do it in correct version. Otherwise, it will not happen.
