What if it rains?
This is a patio, an outdoor relaxation place, where I can sleep during summer and watch the stars - a dream of mine. I did not conceive it for rainy days. I will take the curtains and the mattress inside when it rains.
How did you install those heavy window shutters there?
I had help with the shutters and the heavy pole lamps. I have relatives in the village. I ask for help when I need it and I offer help when I am asked for it. Doing things alone or together is wonderful as long as you do them with love and joy in your heart.
What book were you reading?
''The book about women'' - it can only be found in Romanian, it is written by a Romanian author.

When you mentioned you were releasing a new video on Sunday, I knew it was going to be a good day. In preparation of my viewing experience, this old man poured himself a nice glass of red wine (Today is National Red Wine Day in the U.S.A.) and prepared a small cheeseboard with various fruits. I moved from my computer to the larger screen TV to view this new episode. Although I've viewed every single video of yours from Wild Green Johanna to your new channel, Johanna’s Dream Home, there was no reason to think this one would be any less entertaining. You didn't disappoint. You never disappoint. You always only amaze! This was like watching a movie premiere showing while dining out. A moment of joy for me. Appointment TV at its finest. I so envy where you live. Your craftsmanship skills just blew me away. The Pergola, the Window, the Stairs, the Plantings, the Tea, the Welding is just beyond belief. Gosh, you are so gifted. Your land is so beautiful, the forest and fields stunning with various fruit trees and gardens that God provided. You truly know how to enjoy and respect the land around you. You have the intellect, energy and ambition that make men like me jealous. You know how to take the time to smell the roses and be kind to the kitties too!. Whatever you do you seem to be so content and savor the specific moment. There’s such a joy in your expression whenever you are creating something or creating some beautiful meal. I have the utmost respect for you because you appreciate all the good life has to offer.

The memories of sleeping outside on my moms large metal bed screened in to avoid the skeeters was the best. Her roses surrounding the back porch will always be one of my lovely dream memories. Now I sure wish I could do that here in my home.

I love all the special touches you create…your style of dress, long healthy hair, bountiful fresh food, building your summer sleeping pergola and white wrought-iron daybed. Your kinmanship to our Lord is every father’s dream for his daughter. While obviously quite skilled and self-sufficient, capable of everything, you truly do each job proud. Girl, you are seriously changing my perspective. I have often said, "If it were left up to women we'd all still be living in grass huts." Usually meant in admiration for men who build things, for example really big buildings. But your skills are showing me I could be underestimating the possibilities.
