If you have a Baja 2.0 and would love to mount your spare tires in the back vertically, then this is a must have upgrade! This vertical tire carrier is a direct - drop in replacement of the current rear carrier. All hardware is included, installation takes 20 minutes tops! No other 3DPD parts are required to run this carrier - carbon braces are optional, but they help significantly! Install them on the inside, or outside with this upgrade.
There are many benefits of running your tires in this orientation. Lower center of gravity than stock - more weight down low compared to the empty plastic "fuel cell" that is provided. Although this carrier is made out of rubber, it actually increases rigdity with its design - which means less tire wobbling in the rear - which means less rear end bucking!! Tire strap design includes 3 mounting holes for various sized tires! Even those massive paddles should slide right in!
This upgrade requires 0 modifications of the stock plastic - remove stock carrier, drop in the new one. ALL HARDWARE TO MOUNT IS INCLUDED!! NO SOURCING YOUR OWN BOLTS!!

Just ordered the braces, swaybar kit and tire carrier! Also, for the tire strap at the 20 minute mark, it looks like you could run the bolt through the back side before you put the tire in, then pull the strap over and run a nut onto the end to secure it.

Does this version with the hoses exposed come for the the v1? I only see vertical tires version but not hoses exposed. Thanks
@@juice-gotcha833 there is a double stack for the v1/v2, but not this style for the v1/v2.
These are awesome! I have a question? Does the 2.0 body fit on the v2 I have a v2 and I wanna swap the new body in place of the old one but I’m not sure if it’ll fit?

I say either as long as you get rid of the stock fuel cell. They're hollow and weightless! Get the heavy tires down low
Every 3D printed part I have ever owned has broken on one crash, if it lasted long enough to survive a crash. Looks decent, but not for me.
@@SebastianLong for sure, but have you ever had TPU parts? I have a video of running my parts over with my real truck and they bounce back.
