The first tip would be my lifesaver, the footage of you having ideas on your bed is too real. It's unfortunate I just can't bring myself to develop ideas that don't sound somewhat similar to what they're supposed to be. Me singing the melody on a crappy mic is the farthest away from that, second only to vuvuzelas.

im hearing New songs and lyrics most of times in my head, its like hallucination....cant write down or make , regret how it all dissapear everytime i hear and dont write down.

When you're in that state of mind it's your subconscious. So you need to strengthen the bridge between your subconscious and conscious mind. Ways to that are meditating, Going to sleep at a regular time, Journaling etc.
