Is there a Romanian law which obliges a lessor to give me a utility bill with a thorough breakdown not just a bill with a final monthly amount due to be paied? As now I get a rent bill and another utility bill with no breakdown. So I am unaware how much is water or electricity for example.
hey, after i left the apartment and took the deposit i found out that i forgot my copy of the contract in the house, the contract has finished and i left, can this gets me in a trouble ? should i go back and ask for my copy of the contract? waiting for your answer thanks in advance
Hello, so you mean to say that your lease is over and you want to know if the contract for the finished lease is still needed? Normally no, that contract is of no use for you, especially since you got your deposit back!

There is no special law on utility bills in Romania, moreover since they are issued by the provider not the property owner themselves.
