As a beginner who started learning spanish a few months ago, I am very limited regarding what I can understand. Thank you SO much for sharing the duolingo podcast! It is so helpful in seeing the words used in context, and the content is very intriguing!
I listened to the Duolingo Spanish podcast and I would love it except that they mix too much English with Spanish, I would prefer if they just spoke Spanish.
I guess they wanted to keep it accessible for beginners.
They want beginners to follow along as well

For learners/speakers at any level- Tom Segura en Espanol is soooooo good!!! The comedian, Tom Segura, is actually Peruvian-American and he does a podcast (with guests) every episode; it's completely in Spanish. Its very...*adult* and they talk about everything. This helped me with my listening comprehension a ton. Check it out, you will not regret it.
How to Spanish is my jam. Mexican is my adopted accent. Lol. Voy a escuchar a No Hay Tos. Gracias por las sugerencias.
So glad you mentioned duolingo podcast. The Spanish is slow enough for a beginner like me and the English parts help me not get bored and gives my mind a break from translating.
For beginners I can recommend Chill Spanish listening practice and Simple stories in Spanish, I love both of them
Your videos have been so helpful lately, thank you so much! You put me on to No Hay Tos and I've been listening to them non-stop over this past month. It's seriously so satisfying to be able to understand more and more Spanish with each podcast episode.
Wow, I’m so happy to hear that!!😍 And yessss, i know that feeling;)
Omg the excitment in me to learn spanish now is above the charts! Muchas gracias!
Hi emi!! I really really love your videos and what to learn Spanish so badly. Your videos really motivate me to keep trying to get better at Spanish. Could you please do a guide to Spanish? Or your study routine? If you’ve already done this please say aha! Much love!! 🥰
I just a few days ago started going out alone walking around and listening to these podcasts, especially charlas hispanas, I recommend it. If you have the free time, go out and listen to these podcasts it helps a lot, I usually go out for about an hour (-+ 10 minutes) and just listen, make sure you're listening and thinking of what the people are saying and aren't just blindly listening like it's music tho
I’m Brazilian and I really love your tips
Really helpful! Muchas gracias.
Thanks for suggestions. Duolingo is fantastic one. Couple I thought were decent was Podcast in Spanish PES (has different levels) and Nomadas (basically a show about different places in the world each episode. Intermediate at least).
loving the recomendations!
so glad to hear that!;)
Estaba buscando material para mis clases de Español y llegué a tu canal, eres muy simpática y tienes buenos tips para encontrar podcasts. Saludos de una profesora de español chilena vivinedo en Serbia! y mucha suerte con el español.
oh wow I love that!!!! Me alegra mucho que este video pude darle lo que buscó. Mucha suerte a usted también con sus clases 😊
Thanks for the info!!!
¡Gracias, Emi! Necesitaba un podcast para aprender el idioma 🤌
me alegra mucho!:)
Una buenísima selección 🥰
Dualingo spanish podcast seems good, not only is it a podcast but each lesson has a little sheet of vocab and stuff you can follow along with.
Thanks, for your help.
I'm not sure if you mentioned "Spanish after Hours" in a previous video. She is great, too. She is from Spain and speaks slowly.
"Linguriosa" is epic.
Yes i looove her!!!!
Ahh yeah I love her!!
Thank you so much!
When it comes to youtube channels for B2-ish input, Jaime Altozano has been my obsession for the last 3 days, he makes videos about what makes music sound the way it does and even tho he talks at a pretty quick pace, he articulates really well and doesn't use that much slang.
ahh I love his channel!:))
¡Gracias para el video! Usted tiene una nueva suscriptora 😊 Here are a few more podcasts I listen to!
Beginners: Simple Stories In Spanish (slow audio, the earlier stories are for kids and can get boring but the latest episodes are for all ages)
Intermediate/Advanced: Easy Spanish, Leyendas Legendarias
Even though I'm a beginner (A2!) I listen to the intermediate/advanced podcasts because they are still pretty easy to understand.
Thanks for subscribing and the recommendations🥰
Really chill video that was easy to put on in the background as I unpacked. I'm curious if you're using your phone to record the videos because the audio quality and video quality seems so much better than what I would expect from a phone.
Thanks so much! I literally just use my phone for everything, but I’m glad I fooled you😂 I’ve really been wanting some sort of a mic tho, hopefully the audio will get even better in the future😅
@@emigrace does that go for editing as well?
@@gilekill1 I use my MacBook for editing!
Spanish is a mixture between Arabic French and English... so its easy for me to understand the general idea of the speaker even though i know nothing of Spanish
But i like to speak it one day
I have to start learning it
Ayyy emi has came back 💃✌
❤️❤️
Well noted on these.
You can also listen to the Duolingo English podcast for Spanish speakers learning English - although the rate of speech of the English portions is a bit unbearable. Cool episode!
That’s a great idea!!!😂
Hi!! I know that have some time since this video but I am just watching now and I have one recomendation, it's called " Hoy hablamos" its a great podcast too, you will love it.
Thanks so much for the recommendation!❤️
I have been studying this week.
Thanks for sharing! I listen to the “inkahustler podcast” is about people living abroad. Saludos de una Colombiana living in florida
OMG SHE SO HAPPY ^^ :P
Thank you ma’am thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you I have been trying to learn Spanish for a long time and I have not been sure if UA-cam has Spanish podcasts but when you were showing a podcast I thought I saw a UA-cam logo on the top of your head screen so I took a screenshot of it so you were let me know in that way that UA-cam does have Spanish podcasts so memo want to thank you
How about learning English grammar first? You have no punctuation in your reply.
Gracias! I speak English, but I'm learning Spanish! No es tan bueno, though. Thanks for this!
Oh wow, I've just started a podcast for Spanish learners with transcripts, translations, vocab lists and more materials. Find it anywhere as "Even More Spanish" Hope it helps! ;)
The podcast "Espanolistos" is pretty good.
2:50 Which podcast is the one that helped you learn the Argentine accent?
I dont know how much this could help but there's a podcast called "Perdón por el Espanglish" (sorry for the spanglish) (or something like that, Im not shure how it would translate in a good way) but yeah, there just two girls talking about theyre daily life once a week and bringging up stories and update about past stories and random things, I kinda think it would be for a little more up level of Spanish, but I think its kinda really good because they just naturally mix English and Spanish in the way they talk, again, not shure if it can help, but yeah, hope you check it
Thanks so much for the recommendations!!!🤍
Is duo lingo podcast on youtube. How do you find these podcasts?
I listen to them on Spotify, but I’m sure you can listen to it on Apple Music or other podcast platforms!
Can you please suggest me some Japanese pod casts for beginner Japanese learner please 😳
Hello. I've spent some time trying to find cool spanish language language podcasts with female voice. I'm not strictly looking for language learning podcasts. And not lifestyle or talk-show-ish stuff. It's boring.
Something like history or mystery stories, or maybe horror-ish stuff (like Nightvale). Do you know something like that?
Any recommendations for Puerto Rican podcasts?
You want to learn Spanglish?????????????????????????
Dreaming spanish are goats haha
Why do you not like the Duolingo app?
Duolingo’s podcast is for intermediate speakers so if you’re a beginner don’t get frustrated if you don’t understand anything
True!
I'm sorry but I can't understand where I can listen this podcasts😂 please help!!!!
I listen to them all on Spotify!:)
How To Spanish has stuff on UA-cam, Spotify, Apple, and Patreon. If you subscribe to their patreon page, you can get transcripts and vocab lists from most if not all of their content.
I need all the help in the world to help me learn Spanish, I have been learning Spanish on and off for two years and I can remember shit. Like I can read Spanish and translate but god forbid when it comes to saying my own thoughts it's just a no, if anyone has any tips please tell me and btw Emi whatever you say I am doing cause gurl you seemed to know what your doing aha
ahahahaha yeah I def know the feeling😂 hopefully my lil videos can give you some tips or motivation or just laughs😂🤍
Hola! I was in the same boat around a month ago, what I did was 1)Maximizing input (with reading, movies, try to get at least thirty minutes of input a day)
2)Growing my vocabulary. Try to find a list of common Spanish words and memorize them!
3) Talking to natives. I use Hellotalk to talk to Spanish speakers. It's free too! I also talk to myself everyday for at least thirty minutes :D
Good luck!!!
@@pleasetf7214 hello talk is awesome but I always feel like their English is so much better then my Spanish or they talk too fast in Spanish and I get intimidated because I haven’t purchased all the features 😂
Uh, I know and feel future Spanish only…Old Spanish not so much. Why? So many reasons…
I am a simple man. I like you. 😄
She's not a man, simpleton.
You weren’t lying that DUOLINGO podcast is Kosher 👌🏾
I'm curious to know why you don't like duolingo. I hope I am not wasting my time on Duilingo.
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
R-gen-teen, Argentin
I honestly don't like the Duolingo Spanish podcast. It doesn't help me much
Maybe it's YOU?
SVAIN LA ESVANIA WEXICA (wow way too future for you all baha, wow I am just too good at this) I am not a Mexican, no man ever was. Anyways, so gasically (new girl English word for) basically what havvens (happens) is that every (advanced future Spanish) word, wherever there is a (p) in the word, it is replaced with a (v) with more questions and less answers (her way) and more answers with less questions (his way) to keep it all natural. There is some Hisvanica in her (examvle) and then some Hispanico (example) out with him (vhysics then physics) kind of stuff. Does this not make any sense to you? Oh well try again later until you can make sense. For my IQ and EIQ (is 168 max) and yes, I think and care about you all. 🌏🌍🌎💙💙🤍🤍🇺🇸🤍🤍💙💙 dom gra (future) potus is with you.
