    I would love a quick update in a couple of months. To see if it held up or developed any problems. Good video. I would have liked to hear more about the dpad quality. Glad I stayed subscribed to you.

      first - nice YT handle
      second - sorry, im not the greatest user of the d-pad if im honest so thought maybe my input wouldnt be that good in the video. but i can tell you the dpad switches have a more like micro-clicky feeling which feel decent compared to soft membrane style switches. there are 8 switches on the d-pad so you might get more precision than something like a dualsense controller which only has 4 directional inputs i think.
      as for the XYAB buttons - they're more of a soft membrane feeling button - kind of in-between a dualshock 4 controller and a traditional xbox control (i'm talking Xbox Original here dunno if you ever used one but it was a beast) - it's kind of in between those - feels pretty satisfying.
      i organised the return for this controller but im having second thoughts about keeping it just for PC - there might be a part 2 but depends on how well this video does

    I just missed the holiday Black Friday deal on Amazon. I didn't see if this was on sale, but I would of loved to have tried this out with a cheaper price tag. It seems like everything I've wanted. layout, dpad design, everything.

      Idk if you still want to try it but if so hit me up and you can have mine. I'll send it to you, just like email me or reply or whatever. I've only used it for maybe ten minutes.

    I've not even finished watching your review and I'm already sold based on "microswitch" dpad alone as I can't be bothered waiting for a razer wolverine pro 3 for them to move the dpad up as i hate xbox layout for Tekken. Also 1000 polling rate means easily. overclockable to 1ms input delay for wired usb connection on pc (not sure on Bluetooth input rate).
    But the thumbnail through me off a bit as I almost skipped this gold mine of a pad review 🙃
    And that term you're referring to is called "planned obsolescence" sadly true with most tech companies they spend more time on ensuring it breaks just after your return period rather than building a sturdy long lasting product to build customer trust.

      seems like you know alot about gamepads lad.
      what about the thumbnail made you almost skip the video?

    • @ProjectPewgf
      @ProjectPewgf Місяць тому +1

      @geezerintotech Yea i know a bit about pads, had enough of Sony and silicone membrane for dpads as they all give up 6 months down the line or earlier depending on how hard the buttons are being pressed etc and they all have that jelly like texture feel rather than precise/ accruate tactile feedback from a microswitch/ mouse/ gaming keyboards.
      With the thumbnail all I meant was I almost skipped it, because thumbnail says you sent it back meaning it's no good overall but, for someone like me it could be the best product as pads with microswitch feature and advance functionalities aren't usually this cheap to comeby so thank you for posting your review still.

      @@ProjectPewgf yeah the d-pad on the gamesir has a very precise clicky feel to it that's for sure.
      the joysticks are also very decent but they're slightly too loose for my taste.
      i'd recommend this overall and for the price it's top drawer

    I returned it cus of the 20ms stick latency. This thing is ass.

    • @guccibangs9216
      @guccibangs9216 Місяць тому +2

      That's crazy mine only has 1.2ms onax latency and as long as .5
      I did get a new one sent to me due to my B button getting stuck and the sticks coming off when playing. It has been nothing but a great experience so far besides setting up the app and updating it before fixing the update bug on the software.

    • @MuseR.
      @MuseR. Місяць тому

      @guccibangs9216 that's the polling rate, due to processing the actual stick latency can get up to 20ms. search t3 pro on the gamepadla website

      @@guccibangs9216 you're measuring and reporting the polling rate of the controller, not stick latency itself. Two different things.
