Dear we don't have an individual video on butter cream, but all you need to remember while making butter cream is that the sugar should melt in the butter completely and done! .
You don't need to add yogurt or vinger in it. When you mix wet and dry ingredients, baking powder activates instantly, enlarging bubbles in the batter and making it rise.

@@shikhaserene In one bowl add cake gel in water (slightly more water compared to traditional recipe) and whip to stiff peaks. In another bowl cream sugar & oil/butter. Add all dry ingredients and mix it. Add water+cake gel froth and mix well. And again mix with hand mixture for 1-2 minutes. Bake at 150-160 degrees for 30-40 minutes (depends) with hot water bath (same as in cheesecake baking). Try it. You will love the texture!
Of you bake cupcakes then you have to bake it in the middle part of the oven for 20-30min for 170 degree.but if your oven is bigger like more than 24 litres than 15-20 min is enough.

You add add 2cups of flour t but you write in your list 700grams.pls learn the grams and the cup.700 grams is equivalent of 4-5cups
