    If i bake and preheat at same temp..will this gonna have any affect ?

      Dear you can't bake and preheat at the same .. the temperature of preheating an oven is 250c and baking Temperature is 170/180c so .. you always have to preheat the oven before baking the cake

    Do you have any videos showing how to cream butter and sugar? Im scared of over beating. And is it possible to use power sugar for the creaming part instead?

      Dear we don't have an individual video on butter cream, but all you need to remember while making butter cream is that the sugar should melt in the butter completely and done! .

    Hi you didn't put yoghurt or vinegar ? How will baking soda get active?

      You don't need to add yogurt or vinger in it. When you mix wet and dry ingredients, baking powder activates instantly, enlarging bubbles in the batter and making it rise.

      You can use sugar free sugar "NATURA" And for milk, you can use almond milk, yogurt, coconut milk.

      In one bowl add cake gel in water (slightly more water compared to traditional recipe) and whip to stiff peaks.
      In another bowl cream sugar & oil/butter. Add all dry ingredients and mix it.
      Add water+cake gel froth and mix well. And again mix with hand mixture for 1-2 minutes.
      Bake at 150-160 degrees for 30-40 minutes (depends) with hot water bath (same as in cheesecake baking).
      Try it. You will love the texture!

      Dear .. take a look again.. i wrote int he video to preheat your oven at250c and bake the cake at 170c for 40min

      Of you bake cupcakes then you have to bake it in the middle part of the oven for 20-30min for 170 degree.but if your oven is bigger like more than 24 litres than 15-20 min is enough.

    You add add 2cups of flour t but you write in your list 700grams.pls learn the grams and the cup.700 grams is equivalent of 4-5cups
