I read RERA document of this project. As you are promoting this project you have some knowledge in real Estate. I calculated sum of saleable area in all the towers, and it is 12,23,905. But approved built up area mentioned is just 1,39,648. Can you explain how saleable area derived from built up area?
ASBL will charge to use the facilities like badminton court etc . Heard that they will charge about 15k for medium size function hall. They are quite fast in construction, but handover of facilities is very slow and facilities are also not good. Their marketing is good , don't fall for that.
Also in there price sheet they have include a lot of other charges which makes the project around 9.3k per square feet which is not a good deal considering ROI
